Jason, Tuan, Alison, Greg, Brahm and Linda are all very capable and knowledgeable in their craft and have provided an immense amount of relief for my repetitive strain injuries and physical pain. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Help yourself out by booking an appointment today, you won’t regret it!!!

I have also received several treatments from Jason - Athletic Therapy, Alison - Physiotherapy and Linda - Chiropody. The team at The Centre for Sport & Recreation Medicine will help get you back on track to achieve your mobility or athletic goals. It is also a great place to attend for ongoing maintenance, for those that are consistently on the move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuan Ho is the best Physiotherapist in Toronto. I have been seeing him since 2016 and he not only accurately diagnosed issues and imbalances, but he also gave me the methodology to ensure those issues never came back. I am stronger now than I was in 2016 largely because of Tuan's work.

I have been receiving ongoing care and treatment from Jason (athletic therapy/acupuncture), Bram (massage therapy) and Tuan (physiotherapy/strength training) for many years for a variety of sports related injuries and medical issues. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and provide the most effective treatment and incredible relief by far. They truly are masters of their own craft. They genuinely care about you and your well being and they care about helping you to achieve long lasting results and pain free mobility that you never thought was possible. I am very appreciative and thankful for all that they have done and continue to do for me and I cannot Recommend them enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Alison at the clinic. Started to see Alison in late July 2021 for a degenerative shoulder issue. Alison was very attentive, listened to my concerns and did not overwhelmed me with lots of exercises. She took a gradual approach and only introduced new exercises as my shoulder movement improved. My last session ended in December when Alison declared I am healed and regained over 95% movement in the area. I have continued with the daily exercises and really appreciate Alison's care. I also want to mention Marcia at the front desk is super friendly and made booking and rescheduling the sessions a breeze. Highly recommend.
