★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very very careful of these east indian cnd ownership. Terrible business ethics. strangely took a payment in middle of the month for no reason from my visa. When asked on was very very difficult to get money back after numerous calls hounding them with no explanation. Ahould be ashamed of themselves. STAY AWAY. Anna Smith who just gave a review, is FAKE. Owner creates fake positve reviews, shows they have NO ethics. Giving a review for both their medicine hat and calgary operations. Such SCAMS...stay away. I see how they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont usually leave reviews because I'm to lazy, but Jesus this place is a joke. Guy came out to bother us when we were loading our bikes up to go out for the weekend because rent was due the next day. (Never had an issue paying) was rude and tried to close the storage room on us even though there was a running quad in it...... (let's start a fire?). We say we are leaving this storage place after this because of the rude employee and he says we can't becaude of the 15 day notice rule.... we are not paying and he is sending us to collections good luck in life. Enough said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan, staff not helpful and advised that the locker that had been rented and shared was non existent, and that they had no record, turned out they have duplicate units with the same number, lockers are not accessible, and duplicate units are hidden off their map, and informed me that my name locker file never existed in spite of having the unit number key and code

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lured us in with the cheap rates, double charged us on our credit card, when my wife called owner to get refund owner was extremely rude! Very unprofessional on so many levels, there are many other storage facilities! Stay away from this one, do yourself a favour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a storage unit auctioned through a website. Completely staged with broken furniture "propped up". Lights were "burnt out" so I couldn't see things properly. Many different pieces of junk from other units displayed in a way that there was value. I understand buyer beware and there is risk. But this place is a total scam.........
