I stored my classroom resources at this facility from my previous classroom between jobs and I came in to get things out today only to find it DESTROYED AND INFILTRATED BY MICE. I am absolutely sickened by the manager's response that they will see about putting mouse traps down, but there is nothing more they can do. She even insisted that she would make me pay for the following month until I threw out my things so the storage room would be available for the next customer. I insisted I am not and will not be paying until she agreed to this. I still need to sort out how to go through my things myself since she has offered NO assistance with removing my now destroyed resources. I'm one disgusted and horribly upset teacher. THIS PLACE IS CHEAP FOR A REASON!
D	Darren Bosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a locker for 8 months. My big mistake was using a lock supplied by them. My locker was entered, items were stolen and boxes were rifled through. When I called to voice my concerns they showed very little empathy. My lock was locked when I left it and locked when I came back. Someone entered using a key. The lack of care and concern from the staff and management was evident. Their answer was “you must have left your unit open”. I can guarantee this is not the case. Based on the response from the owner on other people’s reviews I will also assure you that I am not competition trying to discredit this company. I understand that in business things happen, it’s how you handle those situations once they arrive that makes the difference between a poor company and a good company. Based on my experiences I would look for a different place to meet your storage needs in Calgary.

Tried getting my depsoti back and reimbursed for those months. It has been 6 months of getting no where, I will never recommend them to anyone.

The staff replaced my lock to keep my items safe and when I showed up on a holiday Monday to get in because I didn’t know about the changed lock and the maintenance worker had to come into work to give me my new key. Great service!!

B	Blake Jeds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place zero stars, I would. About 2 months after storing my stuff here, I noticed there was a mice problem in my unit. I informed the staff about it right away. It’s been 6 months of me trying to get it dealt with, and all they’ve done is set 3 snap traps, and have only checked them once in 3 months. I’m at the facility daily. Not to mention all of the theft that happens from here. There was one time I noticed that some lockers were broken into around 6 in the morning. I went back at 11 that night, and literally had to walk the security guard over and point out everything that was blatantly obvious that made it a break and enter/theft. They don’t care about your stuff, or about their customers. DONT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. There’s been so many break ins in the 9 months I’ve been here, and they just got part of the fence rebuilt. They have decoy cameras so they can’t even catch the people responsible… highly do not recommend this place.

The price for this unit was the right price. The staff member was very helpful and very kind allowing my son and I to stand inside while we wait for the Uber to come. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Snow removal and lot maintenance is very poor on their lot. I have seen many times, where customers have left debris on the ground, and it was never cleaned up by staff. I recently got a nail in my tire, and I assume it is from their lot. The snow removal during the winter was limited to just in front of the lockers, which was shoveled into the middle. Which in turn created very icy conditions on their lot, and they did not put down gravel for the safety of their customers. I slipped on the ice and fell to the ground, almost smashing my head on my vehicle and the pavement, and I sprained my ankle. When I brought this up to the company, and the manager, I was met with no response, at all!! I still have not got a response from the manager or the company. I lost 2 days wages due to the accident caused by the poorly managed lot. I do not suggest storing your stuff at this place! Poor lot maintenance and poor customer service!
