Love this place. Reminds me of growing up in a small farming community with the local supply stores. Lots of good finds. Pet supplies, farm supplies, household items, small appliances and spices, and all kinds of tools. I could spend hours just browsing all the goodies here!

Peavy Mart is a great store for all things country. It has always been a rural store but to see it in Sherwood Park is some what unusual. I spent ten years in St. Paul and became very familiar with Peavy Mart and I shopped there quite often and always enjoyed it and found the prices to be reasonable and quality of the products to be good. This location is clean and well lit. It is updated but it’s still Peavy Mart. It has not changed much so I find it a great store still.

Picking up an order, ended up picking up an online order, they've got many of my interests all in one place. Always a pleasure to wander in and browse.

Bad experience today. 6 people in line, second staff member went away after getting a customer an item. Didn't return until after 5-7 mins when a cashier was called by young fella on the till.... Line kept growing. She said she wasn't busy, but walked away (orignially) when 6 people inline already.

Needed some garden hose accessories so decided to go to Peavey Mart in Sherwood Park as we have shopped at other locations in Alberta and always had a good experience. Not the case at this store. This was the first and last time we will enter that location. While checking out the store, my wife saw some ladies work socks on sale so picked up a pack. When we got to the till to check out, my wife noticed the sale price was not applied to the socks so mentioned it to the cashier. The cashier picked up the socks and shoved the price tag in my wife's face. My wife responded by saying they were under a yellow sales tag like the one sitting on the counter. The cashier seemed put out and went to check the sales tag she brought it back to the till and said "WRONG SKU". We rolled our eyes and left with the other items we purchased. I am not sure what set her off, but we want to give a big shout out to the amazing Cashier: 15223 Stacey! If that is who served us or if another staff member was using her login on the till. We were so put out by the experience, we would advise everyone to go to either the locations in Red Deer or Westlock, even at the current price of gas to avoid such an unbelievable experience like we had at the Sherwood Park Peavey Mart.

The staff here are quite helpful and friendly. I have ordered a few items that are not normally stocked. They came in quickly and I was helped with a flatbed cart for one large item. The store is clean and well organized with plenty of stock. If you ask a staff member for items out of stock, they will look up the approximate date for it to return to stock.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in today with my family to simply buy a few bags of grass seed, I walked in the door, kind of unsure where to go, a very rude staff member named Laurie, seemed to busy to help us out, and told us "garden area" and walked away. Would've been nice to walk us there to show us where it was. It took us a few minutes to find the correct area. Once we found the area we picked up 2 bags of 25KG grass seed, online it was around $70-$80 off and that is also what the shelf said. Great Deal, so we took them to the front where Laurie again was there, She scanned the bags and they did not come up on sale. She paged for someone to go look at the shelf and Cory, (finally someone decent) helped us out. The bags were in fact in the wrong location on the wrong shelf. So he went and got the correct one from the back, We went up and paid for them (over $220 worth of grass seed) Moral of the store is the bags were in the wrong spot, NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT! You should have honoured that price as the store was in the wrong and you should maybe think about hiring some nicer staff members. I am also in the customer service industry and I would never treat any of my customers like that! Feel free to reach out to solve this issue.
