★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really impressed by there customer oriented approach and highly recommended if you are in urgency and they will save your day. I went to this location at morning on thanksgiving day, after visiting four other stores to buy contact lenses. I urgently required lenses to be worn in the evening at a function on the following day. Optician and contact lens expert at the location Ms. Fil listened to my problem and gave me an appointment after an hour and I got my sample pair after thorough examination. I would say she really treat their customer as God and try to help you beyond your thinking. Best service in Winnipeg or rather I would say in whole Canada. I would remember there service throughout my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fil made the process of getting a new pair of glasses so easy! She was very welcoming, patient and was always happy to answer any questions I had. She was very accommodating, not only did she help me purchase a new pair of glasses, but she had also assisted me in fixing my nose pads on my previous pair. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be getting my next pair at Pearle Vision again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience at Pearle Vision Polo Park. The staff are very friendly and very professional specially Janice who welcomed me into the store. She is very accommodating and assisted me until I got my choice of eyeglasses frame. Her upselling is very commendable as I got the best deal that I can ever imagine! A branded frame, progressive and transition lens, with anti-glare, UV protection, etc... Name it, I got the best deal at an amazing low price! With a staff like Janice and the deal that Pearle Vision offers, I will definitely get my next eyeglasses from them! :)

When I was having trouble looking for a pair of glasses, Juliana Suvajac helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. She was so welcoming, patient with me, and was very helpful whenever I had any questions, which made my experience super well. I loved her friendliness and product knowledge for the glasses I was looking at. Mark was also super helpful whenever I needed adjustments for my glasses. He adjusted my nose pads and temples perfectly, and now my glasses don't slip off my face. Thanks to these two for making my whole experience awesome!

She made me comfortable during my stay there. She is very understanding and patient throughout the whole process. Best customer service!! Highly recommended!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I headed down to the Polo Park location this evening after I had phoned to confirm that they were open till 8pm earlier in the day and whether I needed to make an appointment to order glasses, I was told that I could just walk in. I arrived at 7:30 to purchase 2 pairs of eyeglasses which we had already chosen ahead of time so we wouldnt have tome shopping around and I was told that we couldnt buy anything as they had to disinfect their store. Why then was I told they were open until 8. When in fact you are actually closing at 7:30. I am beyond angry, I drove across the city to get there before closing time and this is what I get. I have purchased many pairs of glasses from Pearl Vision but given that they obviously care nothing for customer service I think the last pair I bought will be the last one ever and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe your staff should be cleaning the store after the doors actually close or before they open and dont mislead people with your hours of operation.
