I went and saw Christina to learn about what shots/vaccinations I would be needing for my trip. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating as I had showed up at the wrong time and she still made time for me. She explained everything very thoroughly providing me with all the information I needed to make the decision on specific vaccinations. I definitely recommend going here before a trip to a country you are not familiar with, I also love that there is now a Burnaby location.

(1) Phone calls to the clinic's local number are routed to a US call centre. You can't talk to someone at the local clinic unless you go there in person. (2) They tried to double charge me TWICE at two separate follow up appointments for vaccinations or medications that were already pre-paid at the first visit. Keep your receipts!! (3) No one who works at the clinic is a registered nurse. They can't write prescriptions, so if you need one for your travel destination, you have to book a separate telephone appointment with a registered nurse (RN) - for which they will charge an additional fee! Go to TMVC on Lougheed. I never had these problems there and you get a consultation with a real RN.

I had a consultation and received my shots for travel. The nurse was very kind and provided all information I needed. She also didn’t try to push a bunch of additional immunizations as she was honest when the actual risk was very low. Overall it was a great experience and I will be going back for any of my future travel immunization needs.

I saw Jana at the Burnaby Clinic, I had filled out my medication history and travel itinerary online and she had everything ready to go for me. She was knowledgeable about the area I am visiting. She was very helpful with all other questions I had regarding vaccinations, prescriptions, and how to take them. They also stay available for any further questions I have leading up to my trip. I will return to Passport Health for any future needs.

I had the best experience with this service. Both the TB nurse and receptionists were all so sweet and accomodating. I was stressing trying to complete requirements and get forms signed for my Nursing program admission requirements and the receptionist calmed me down and reassured me while changing around appointments last minute to ensure I had my forms signed for school. The workers here go out of their way to provide the most efficient and friendliest service!

My experience was fantastic. No one wants to be vaccinated or go through the process to travel. If you need to be, visit this office! Colleen is the RN who helped me. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I didn’t know what to expect, my Experience was great. Thank you

This clinic doesn't have a nurse practitioner so you're very limited on what you can actually have done here. Quite disappointing as you still pay the high consultation fee but are directed to go elsewhere to get certain things, which will cost us another consult fee. The website doesn't say anywhere that they are restricted on what they offer and make it seem like they offer full travel health services and are a "one-stop shop". That's not true. The registered nurse was nice and we were able to get some vaccines done but I don't recommend going here as you'll have to do two different clinics and pay fees at both to get everything you need. They charge $69 just for one consult and $49 for the 2nd person. Absurd considering we still need to go to another clinic to get more done.

Great experience, one of the best nurses I've seen. Called ahead to get pricing for shots and testing and for booking. The nurse who saw me was very professional and patient, and even called me hours after our appointment to ensure I was doing well after mild adverse reactions to the shots I took. Patient care was fantastic.
