I called at noon to ask if I needed to pre order 3 balloons to pick up at 2pm and she said no but if I wanted to I could tell her what I wanted and have them made up so I don't have to wait when I show up. Very helpful and sweet lady who helped me on the phone. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to like this place because I prefer supporting independent businesses over large corporations, but 4 of the balloons I purchased either deflated within an hour or popped entirely (without any contact with popcorn ceilings, sharp objects, or excessive pressure). I believe the balloons that popped were over inflated. The store replaced 3 of the balloons but I didn’t want to have to drive an extra hour there and back when the balloons should’ve been good from the get go. They weren’t cheap either. I think I will stick with party city from now on just because I’ve never had any issues with balloons deflating or exploding from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here to have our latex and foil balloons filled with helium for our 30th birthday celebration. The ladies were extremely helpful and patient. The pricing is reasonable and they provide the plastic bags and ribbons. The helium is quality and it kept our foil balloons up for 2+ weeks. Definitely recommend them for all your party needs!
