★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible property management. Very unprofessional these people will tow you're car and not notify you or give you a valid reason even though you live on the property and pay parking rent. Do yourself a favor and find some other rental management company that deserve you're money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly - there should be an option for 0 stars. This company is managed by the most uneducated people I have ever had to deal with. They left us without 240 volt service to our home for over a month, try running a family home with no oven or stove and no dryer. And when we finally threw stink about it they got all defensive about it and have picking on us like children since. They have towed a car of ours from our paid parking stall without any kind of notice or warning and now refuse to return our calls. Tow company wants over $800 to return said vehicle. Save your money and don't rent or own a place with these folks, they will surely give you nothing but headaches and stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had unforgatable bad experience with this Company right after signing the lease agreement. Thier Agent, a fine lady I might add, really managed to p... me off. All the her prior gentle and manipulative promises to fix certain things vanished right away, as she kept telling me lies after lies to delay in order to avoid thier basic responsibilities. In fact she, the Agent, turned out to be biased, despectful, arrogant and was not at all ashamed of breaching the "Landlord - Tenant Agreement". Mind you, in less than a month of moving in, this agent dared requesting me in writing that I immediately give back the keys to the condo because, according to her, I was very unhappy, basically in attempt to evict me as if there were no governing laws in this great country. I truly hope they will change thier bad attitude and start respecting all tenants equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parterre Property is the absolutely worst management company in Edmonton I’ve ever felt with. They will tow your car if not removed for spring cleaning, at your expense of course. Something in your backyard they don’t like? They WILL come and just take it (steal), I’ve heard of children’s toys being “removed” as well. Do you mow your own lawn? We do. Doesn’t matter they will come when you’re not home a mow it claiming it wasn’t done.
Please seriously the headaches you’re in for before renting or having any dealing with them whatsoever.
