I have been waiting over 5 months to have a window contractor to look at the problem, since Dec 11 2019 Mcall Wynn was made aware of the problem. I had there Tech Mike come by to cut out drywall and leave mold exposed without bearer. Since Feb 04 I was told by Shelby she was trying to get a hold of contractor, no follow up or concern about the black mold in our son's bedroom. Over 3 years ago Mcall and Wynn was presented a deficiencie list from home inspector prior to moving in. Nothing on that list was done. Having a 4 inch hole in brick was left undone. Last week neighbors are getting there mortar and brick patched, after moving in 3 months ago. There is no excuse for a competent property management to allow the damage to continue to get worse without action. Please look at pictures Here we are Dec 2020 window issue still not fixed.. July 2021 still nothing done with windows leaking, in contact with CAO.
M	Matthew William on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional and rude. Lived in a McCall house for 27 years. Constantly singled out over things. Most recently we got a basketball net just like our neighbour has. (3 doors down. ) we were given a notice of 10 days to remove the net or they will remove it. The neighbour has had their net for 5+ years. They are non responsive and lie straight to your face. Get everything in writing from these guys. Leanora and Tracy do not care about you, your family or your property. Stay Away!!!

They did a poor and incomplete repair job and when contacted for correction, after many calls and requests for follow up, they not only failed to fulfill their requirements they deflected and ignored the situation by nitpicking at unrelated, previously unidentified issues. Not only are genuine safety complaints and responsibilities ignored, but when attempting to escalate to higher management regarding the poor customer service and ultimately bad property management, they stand by their ineffective ‘’managers”, leaving the property unsafe and not actually maintained to an acceptable standard. This company has poor leadership, offer ineffective service, and are not worth their rates.
