★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 9 month old puppy in because he had just broke his nail off. The vet came out and told me I needed to train my puppy better because he was crazy. I said any dog would be acting different when in pain. Very unprofessional!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The professionalism and empathy exhibited by Chris when I was given bad news about my dog was unbelievable. Chris talked me through the diagnosis and plans moving forward for the care of my dog. Chris was able to walk me through my sadness from the news with empathy. Forever grateful for that at a time of need.
