★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sold an outdoor kitchen This included a built in bbq a propane drawer and several other modular components Several thousand Dollars worth of equipment When we installed the propane drawer there was no hose to connect to tank We had been told braided line would be fine at the point of sale but after sale service is a completely different experience The owner stated among other things that we needed a gas fitter to hard pipe the bbq in copper You need the proper fittings and your propane tank needs a regulator When I asked why not tell us the truth and not you just “use braided line “ I was told I should have read the owners manual When asked where do I get a regulator and how do you change tanks when it’s hard piped The owner told me he doesn’t use propane tanks If your buying from a big box store you expect this type of product knowledge but paying more and using a local specialty retailer should include a lot more pre and after sale advice Happy with the looks of the product not happy at all with the sale or service

Found their name on a tag attached to our Napolean propane stove that came with our newly purchased house. Installed by them in 2007 with 3 separate code deficiencies, including bent fuel line penetrating the basement wall, unshielded fuel line and no independent outside shut off valve.. No supplier will deliver fuel to this mess and I will have to contract out the job again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had two gas fireplaces purchased and installed from kawartha clean air. There knowledge and expertise Was so helpful, as we didnt know Much about them. They advised us on the Right size for our needs and helped us pick out the fireplaces that Would Best go with our decor. Their service is the Best. Any problem, they come Right over. ( even when It Was just a battery for our remote control.) We could'nt be happier with our choice of buying from kawartha clean air. Anyone Looking to purchase a fireplace or bbq should definatly stop in to see them. Dianne doran

They were so professional and so great to have around! If you need a new air conditioner or furnace, please, I highly recommend Kawartha Clean Air and Burning Sensations! You will not be disappointed!! Best crew we have ever had!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a new Napoleon Furnace put in. And we just love it. Graham, Tony and the boys did an excellent job!! The whole installation was completed in two days. Tony made sure we had heat on and hook up on the first day. Great job!!!! We love Napoleon !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 months ago contacted Kawartha clean air about our Napoleon BBQ and some rusted parts. The lady we spoke to stated they were not under warranty and replacement would be at our cost. We accepted and asked they be installed by the company and the BBQ cleaned at the same time. The lady stated she would order the parts and call us back. Two weeks later WE called to ask about an appointment and were told only one part had come in and the second was not in. We called several times more and were told they were busy with A/C installs etc. Today when we called the lady answering stated they were busy and doesn't know when they could get to us. BUT WE could come and get the parts and install them. We told her three times we were not able to install them and would prefer they installed them (at our cost of course)We even asked for a fall appointment.She just kept saying we can come pick up the parts. I hope the Napoleon company does not provide this poor service through all their affiliates
