Our movers got here half an hour after the scheduled time and the elevators were not ready for the move. We tried to get a hold of the onsite resident manager Kelsey and got nowhere; we also tried to reach the property management team and got nowhere. Extremely poor management in this building.

Only complaint is I did get towed once from visitor parking, very upsetting and inconvenient to guests of residents.

A	Ariele Schroeder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo itself isn’t bad but we’ve lived here two years and twice we’ve gone through a whole fiasco with whose parking stall is whose. Electrician came in and sorted it a year ago, and now someone else is claiming our spot. Property management is atrocious and keeps screwing this up. Can never get ahold of him either. Landlord has dealt with this same thing multiple times before us. So great place if you don’t mind terrible management.

The management is not the best though with property and building management. Twice in two years there has been a problem with heat and they don't notify people in the building of the problem. Until I called the emergency line. I have had sketcy things happen at my unit and I called the building management and they didn't call me back until a month later and basically said things happened. Honestly don't feel safe in my own home.
