★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to find a place quickly and Benny called me right away. He walked me through the process and we got everything completed within 24hrs. I met with Crispina who was very organized and I had my suite in 1.5 days.
This is the best, efficient service I have received in a long time. Benny and Crispina were angels amongst me. Thanks so much and god bless!

You truly are one of kind and the outstanding level of customer service is noticed and appreciated. And who doesn’t love underground parking and a free car wash!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alot of the reviews mention that as soon as they walked in the property, the explain how to felt like it was home for them from the feeling a vibe the area was giving off and well I can definitely say the same. The place is extremely well kept and Definitely raises the bar for cleanliness and presentation for Summerside. But isn't necessarily just about the property. The staff assisting me with the process of getting moved in was unlike any other place that I've ever moved to...and take it from me, I've moved 13 times In my life time. Crispina and Tammy who helped me move in, always made me feel welcomed to the property and we're eager to help and assist me with anything I needed. Am looking forward for many years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility upon entering was beautiful, well kept and was proven to have pride in the building. Benny was the person who showed me the suits and was exceptional at answering questions, making the "new home owner" feeling a lot less stressful than it can be. He was understanding, accommodating with exceptional people skills. If you are going to rent or own in this building, Benny is your guy!

The property is great, underground parking with a free car wash, stainless steel appliances, big balconies, nicely laid out suites, lots of trails all around to walk, and it's close enough to all the shopping you'd need. Not to mention, the staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. Benny is the best!! From the moment we met him, he felt like an instant friend. He genuinely cares and wants to make sure that you are happy and feel like you've found a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a year at “the nautical luxury suites at summer side” , I would regard it as the best place that I have experienced so far in Edmonton. During my stay there I enjoyed facilities like underground heated parking, free access to summer side beach, 24 hours free car wash, gym, easy access to nearby lakes etc. Apart from that the management team headed by Ms Crisprina had been professionally sound and ready to help you 24/7.
I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for apartments in South Edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love living here! We haven't rented in a very long time but after moving back to Edmonton we decided to rent instead of buy to make sure we liked the area. Benny is the best! He's so good at making you feel like a friend immediately. For a rental, they do a lot to make sure you feel like you are part of a community. Halloween candy, Christmas decorations, contests, etc. And, our suite is a perfect fit our family. It's quiet, clean, and great amenities. We honestly couldn't ask for a better place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved living at The Nautical Suites. Moved because of work. I am a single women and I have always felt safe. I love the lake in the summer. My vehicle always stayed clean with the car wash. The gym was great for when I just wanted to roll out of bed and workout without traveling to the gym. Management is great! Never had a problem. All My neighbours are friendly. 5 stars ⭐️
