T	Tanner Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another apartment complex. They don't allow you to have anything on your deck or Windows. The traffic especially and lighting (facing the main street that goes by) makes sleeping a chore. Living near a set of lights in Alberta is a terrible idea.
J	Jehanthan J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is infested with mice and insects. Visitors cannot park on the visitors parking. And Trade vehicles are prohibited from parking even if you are resident. Poorly maintained parking lot in the winter time. Repairs are not done in timely manner. Please don't go through the same thing, I went through for a year.
d	darian Cunningham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first living here was very wonderful it was so beautiful the neighbors were a delight but after a few weeks started to notice a change the building has mice , we had to use steal wool in the holes in the wall to keep the mice out we tried to get our landlord to get ahold of the property mangers but no reply also getting a visitors pass was extremely impossible, along with they look for any little reason to try to give you fines when it comes to the deck , i wouldn't recommend anyone to live here onless you like mice and small bugs , my children and I were at the vending machines and there was cockroaches were the changes comes out. We stay here a total of 6 months and left

Lots smokers in the building Always Missing packages from the front door,
C	Carol Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started out as a great place to live. Now, I can hear mice scurrying in the walls. There are always these small brown flying bugs in the complex despite me keeping a clean place. The front door is often stuck and won't unlock and open. The parking lot is never maintained in the winter. Snow and ice was never cleared. The power is cycled, so in -35C weather, people have to start their cars in the middle of the night to make sure they start in the morning. Oh, and good luck with visitor's parking during the weekends. You also might want to track how often your guests are parking in those stalls. I once overheard that the building manager keeps track of that by walking around the lot and taking license plates down. The guy also won't hesitate to call a tow truck to take vehicles away. The in suite laundry is nice. The condo is well designed. Staying because I have a good roommate. Edit:needed some work done because the upstairs neighbour burst a pipe. It takes forever for things to be fixed and the process is filled with delays.
