★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I transferred to this location from another city for work a few months ago, but have lived within the boardwalk community for almost 5 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. The office staff and area manager at this location are excellent! I've always found everyone I've ever dealt with to be very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
Maintenance is also quick to get the job done if something needs to be repaired. Great clean family building, friendly atmosphere, good location and affordable rent! I'm happy here and with the Boardwalk Community as a whole!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom got a phone call saying that she had to remove her foil from her suite because it, quote on quote "looked ghetto." Well I mean it is ghetto because the whole building is poorly maintained and looks run down. Who ever is the manager of this place does NOT know how to maintain this place. My mom also had no insulation in her place from when we had a week or so of frigid temps and the repair man was saying it was the thermostat?! What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no security in the building at all. The Catalytic converters of cars are often stolen that are parked inside the building. When you complain, the management says that they are charging you just for the underground parking not for the security.
Homeless people are often seen sleeping inside the building, the stairwells get dirty and they are not clean unless you request them.
Very arrogant and extremely apathetic service by the rental office staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a great experience living here for the last 8 years. The suites are a good size, everything in the unit works properly. Noise transfer is a non existent as it is a concrete building. The Maintenance staff, Mike and Andy are fast and efficient, the landscaper Ray is always so courteous and keeps the property looking nice and tidy, the cleaning ladies, Marlyn and Cyndy, keep the building always looking great and for such a big building with so many tenants they do amazing! If there is disruptive tenants, they are dealt with in a very timely manor.
The location can't be beat - across from South Common, minutes from the Henday, and really you can get anywhere in the city within about 20 mins --- its a gem! Yes it is an older building but it is a great building to live in with a great community of long term neighbours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will practically destroy you on the move out.
I wasn't able to clean my apartment, because the person on the floor downstairs always complained that water is dripping on to their floor.
Now when I moved out, they gave me a very big cleaning bill, a lot above my security deposit.
Never ever rent on that place.
Once you sign their lease, you can't escape.
The place is very bad, crammed, and with very old equipments, making people pay huge amount of money , to survive in those.
There is a mental agony living in there, which I can't say in words.
If possible stay way from Boardwalk. I learned my lesson after staying there for one year.
Now I need peace of mind
Edit: They haven't reached out to me. I paid double the amount of deposit as cleaning bill. Atleast, I am happy that I got a new place. Peaceful too...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in there in 2019 for a year and I got bed bugs at the end of my lease. When I went to the office to show them a bug that I had caught.They phoned to have my place sprayed twice before I left.I had to get rid of 9 things including my new bed.It would of been nice for them to take some money off my rent to help with my movers.They were going to spray the suite once more.I hope that the new tenants were told about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time at Ermineskin place. The staff was really sweet, kind and friendly, the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to our friends!
