Shamsher, not only understood the requirement and did the customization but also dealt with utmost patience. He is not only a sales person, he builds long term relations with his customers. On his recommendation bought furniture worth couple of grands which on delivery was found to be as explained by him and superb quality. I am a customer for lifetime!

The only reason we found out was cuz we called to ask for an ETA 2 days before the promised delivery date. Otherwise, we would've never known of the delay. They then told us they'll call us for updates and never did. Instead, they started ignoring our calls. After 2 weeks, they told us the delivery will be delayed for ANOTHER week & that they notified us of this. This was a lie - we had never received such a call. Will never purchase from them again & will never recommend this store to anyone.
I	Imrankhan Pathan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place and people to buy your furniture from. Whole day they play Gurbani in their store (religious teachings) but runs the business without any ethics. I wanted to order my bedroom set from them, order was was not finalized, I told them i need 2 week to confirm if I am moving forward. They wanted a deposit upfront, I trusted and paid that not knowingly they gonna show me their ____, if was not moving forward, i requested a refund. The guy wanted me to come to their store to discuss, i had to visit the store, and the guy made me wait more then 1hr to just talk about the matter, when I asked why you made me wait so much, he said you took same time to pick an item when you came to buy, and I spent that much time with you,. Like what!!!! Business or revenge... He then acted as if he is calling the supplier if they can cancel or not etc, and the whole drama he did, after wasting 2.5hr he said order can't be cancelled, what the... i never ordered yet what you talking...my wife was fed up. This was our hard earn money can't just let it go like that. He agreed to pay 50% deposit back, but the entire matter I lost 1000$ and so much time dealing with fools. He made my wife cry for our hard earn money. I never had such experience in my life, well here you go perfect place in canada. Stay away from this place, there are many stores with better policy than this foolish businessman.

I almost did not buy my bed set from here due to the reviews. Thankfully , i did . My bedset came ON TIME , PERFECT condition and EXCELLENT drivers that assembled it . I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family and will continue to support. Thank you again !

They gave me very ridiculous excuse. They said because you still can use it!!! Probably they do NOT know anything about the definition of brand new.!!!

Just helping buyers not to spend money on useless unreliable products like I did. Worst place to buy furniture. Good service until you make your payment. I’m not explaining the quality of the product here. The pictures below says the quality they give when you spend couple of thousand dollars.
