I bought the cleaning service for my sofa and this is what happened immediately after cleaning !!! Instead they said yeah it’s possible and is covered in purchase terms and conditions ??? Don’t waste your money here.

As we are very picky and it was very difficult to find dining table that matches with coffee and end tables and a console. We found a matching amazing modern looking set in Arrow and their sales person Royce Li was very helpful and very responsive whenever we wanted to reach out and discuss our issues. Definitely recommend Arrow. Their website is updated and they have amazing costumer service as we wanted to exchange one of our furnitures that had a subtle issue and they did it very quickly.

J	Jeet Dhillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought $14000 bedroom set thinking that this would be our dream set. Turned out to be the worst experience ever. The set they sent us 2 weeks after having it in stock, was damaged. The corner of the dresser was literally cracked. I called them, they sent out another dresser for us and that was WAY WORSE then the original one they had sent I called them and I got nothing but excuses. They all blamed each other. Then after 1 month they sent us another one and that one again was in very condition. We haven't received any calls to compensate in any way. Our entire family has had the worst experience ever with such a high ticketed item, that you actually keep for years. I would honestly suggest if you do find something that you like at the Scarborough location, make sure you do your homework. Talking from very bad experience.. they have lost my business including my entire family.

He took his time with us , showing us all the different types of mattress they had available and allowing us to get the full feel of quality. Fantastic deal we got and delivery to our home. Arrow is better, steps our a lovely lady of "Arrow Sales".....She was so very nice, patient, understanding both to me and my lovely lady, my wife. We both felt Pauline was just lovely, she added grace and further Beauty to Arrow Show Room. Only reason we could not pick the piece of furniture we wanted as it would take a wee bit of time to get it. We wanted something urgently but we would definitely visit Arrow again and ask for Pauline. Strong recommend "Arrow Showroom" on Kennedy for your next shopping on any piece of furniture. Good folks there, not forgetting Pauline ?

We got a few recommendations from Royce on what we described we would like. We like two Italian design bed and a sofa. Just could not made up our minds. He did not push us to settle on the bed/ sofa and instead he took us to also check out the mattresses they have. After about 2 weeks upon our review, we determined to go back to Arrow for the modern Italian design master bed. Royce explained clearly on the deposit payment, delivery, installation arrangement, final payment, etc. The delivery of the bed was delayed and Royce was very helpful checking for us on the status of the delivery. The delivery was 1 to 2 weeks late but we understood the logistic due to the pandemic. The delivery people arrive within the arranged period. They also handled the delivery, unpacking and installation with care. Overall, it was a good experience compare to others we came across in this few months.
