The owner, David, is very nice and will do his best to accommodate your needs. He helped me customize a beautiful red leather sofa that fits just right in my living room. Cannot recommend more!

The wait was a bit long but it was worth it. Was recommended by a friend who spoke highly of this place. Ended up ordering a bedroom set and sofa from them. Saw some interesting light fixtures and will come back to purchase later. Overrated!

I live in a rural community 2.5 hours from his store, and had a very particular vision for a custom sofa to fill a space in my living room. I found Modern Living Space after doing a lot of research. The owner was very easy to deal with over email, his prices were lower than I expected and in the end I got exactly what I wanted. They even arranged to have it delivered on Christmas Eve to my small town. I will be sure to check out Modern Living Space first next time I make a home purchase.

We have been visiting lots of furniture stores to get a perfect dining table set and chandeliers that will meet our standards. Our close friend recommended Modern Living Space to look at, so we never waste a day and we drove to the store. We were amaze of the chandeliers, sofas, dining tables, and other lots of home furniture and decors. The place was so incredibly breathtaking of wide and impeccable selections! Upon arrival, the staff greeted us politely and directly assist and showed us the different kinds of chandelier designs that they've got. He was very helpful and informative, he provide all the answers and assistance that we needed. We went home very happy and satisfied with our purchased items. We will definitely come back and shop again here. And we will ensure that this place will be highly recommended to all our friends and relatives here. Great place, great staff, great price and truly deserves 5 stars!

Purchased a chandelier and coffee table here in a very affordable price and the whole experience is satisfying as the staff assisted me professionally. The staff was really friendly and helped me to take the measurements of the shandlier I liked. Only thing I did not like was, that if you buy a shandlier, and wanna return it cause it did not fit or match, you have to give a restocking fee and will get a store credit.
