★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Paragon motors exclusively for well over 5 years, multiple vehicles as old as 20 years, as new as 1 year, imports and North American made. Their service from diagnostics to completion had been exemplary on all vehicles. On every service report they include anticipated future service needs including advice on which are most important. I have referred several customers to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Putt the wrong lug Nuts on my car, and when question at pick up was essentially talked down to. Incredibly unhappy and unprofessional. Lug nut was blown through when actually torqued. Lasted a year so either luck was on my side or something was.. would not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving into Kelowna from Calgary when I ran into some unexpected vehicle trouble. I was panicking as it was May long weekend and knew that I was going to have trouble getting the vehicle repaired right away. Thankfully, Paragon Motors were open on a Saturday and were able to fit me in to have a look at my vehicle. They did do a scan of the vehicle to find out that all the codes were pointing towards a battery issue which they replaced. They did admit that despite the change in battery that it may not fix the problem. Unfortunately, I was still experiencing misfiring issues while driving, but not as poorly as before. I did manage to drive the vehicle back to Calgary and got the problem diagnosed which was spark plugs and one ignition coil.
The staff at Paragon Motors were very friendly, accommodating and great to deal with. It is unfortunate that they weren’t able to diagnose and fix the true problem, but despite that, they also managed to squeeze me in their busy Saturday schedule and did what they could before they closed for the remainder of the long weekend.

When I entered the staff assessed the problem with my 2012 vehicle in no time. The garage was able to repair my vehicle in a few hours. My car runs great now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience two times with Paragon Motors! I am from out of the province (Ontario) so I wasn't sure who to go to and who to trust. Paragon Motors came up in my research and I was not disappointed. They never push you to do unnecessary services and are super honest. They also explain really well what they have done to your car and what they would suggest as next steps. Highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Paragon by a friend when I noticed that my transmission was leaking. I had previously booked at the Jeep dealership and was put off by calls from the sales department before they even looked at my vehicle.
When I contacted Paragon, their guys were friendly and they got me in right away. No pressure for extra services, employees were knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions (very patiently) prior to doing any work.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had when dealing with vehicle repairs and they were able to get the repair done for a much more reasonable price than I was expecting.
Really cannot thank them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to really call out a few pieces of key service at Paragon Motors. I had an issue with the power seat on the drivers side of my vehicle. While the issue wasn't firmly fixed, the business reset the power seat so the vehicle was driveable, while informing me a more cost-effective way to obtain a permanent fix.
I dealt with Drew and Dave at Paragon motors. Both gentlemen were friendly, easy to work with and had great attitudes.
While Dave couldn't quote me a permanent fix at the beginning, they informed me of the diagnostic cost prior to my appointment. As a consumer, its great to know upfront costs and what you're getting yourself into - I appreciate this.
Drew informed me that they could find a whole new piece to fix my vehicle, but rather than paying hundreds of dollars, there was an easier way to fix it which I appreciate as well.
Would recommend this business based on the staff, honesty and integrity provided. Will surely be back.
