Online booking was effortless, the location was easy to find, the staff at check in was super helpful, the room was immaculate and well equipped, the property has a wonderful mountain chalet feel. I would highly recommend staying here. It has everything the website states and It is a short walk to the Chateau.

Service is stellar, cabins are extremely clean and cozy, property grounds are perfectly maintained, they have an amazing bathtub in each cabin, location is perfect and close to the best hikes and Lake Louise… the list goes on and on. We will be staying here every time we come to Banff.
R	Radford Diakiw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted with a warm welcome the moment we arrived and the check-in process took mere minutes. The staff had paid attention to our special booking note (it was our honeymoon) as soon as we walked into the office we were congratulated on our recent marriage. We even had a surprise welcome gift from the staff inside of our room. The staff were extremely friendly and offered us many options for things we could do during our stay and consistently asked how our stay/honeymoon was. It felt more personal the way we were asked, it showed that they personally cared about our stay and weren't just all about the business. The room we stayed in (preferred fairview) was extremely clean upon arrival and was maintained on a daily basis by the excellent cleaning staff. We had a great view and the log cabin feel of the property/room left little to be desired.The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. By the second day my wife and I were already planning when we would like to come back and stay at Paradise Lodge & Bungalows again. We would recommend this to any and all of our friends and family. We can't wait to come back and stay at this property again!

It was a beautiful room that gave us a great starting location for our trip. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the view from the balcony and watching the weather change over the mountains just outside. Very close to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine which made nice evening visits when the crowds are less busy. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the great trip and being part of our wedding memories! - Jenn and Mike
N	N Yuen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay. The cabin was spotless, no bugs, no cobwebs, no dust, no smell. The surrounding area was clean and there was ample space to park our car. The pillows were very comfortable. The main bed was a little squeaky and the sofa bed mattress gave little back support and was uncomfortable. The heater was easy to use, just adjust the thermostat. The bathroom was gorgeous and a pleasant surprise for a cabin. It is evident that this y property is very well maintained. The staff (front desk and the girl who cleaned the BBQ) were so so friendly and accommodating. We loved using the BBQ as we didn't have to clean it before or after using it (Paradise staff took care of this). Tip: remember to call the front desk ahead of time to book your time slot. When you show up for your time slot, the BBQ will be cleaned, turned on, clean utensils placed close by, ready for BBQing. It was turn-key and short steps from our cabin. When we needed more coffee pods, no problem. Got that from the front desk. This property was very easy to find and is located a few minutes by car to Lake Louise. Thanks Paradise!
P	P M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from our cottage was beautiful. You could hear the stream running at the bottom of the valley. The service was so fast and good. Front desk was very helpful and the room was clean, bright and very cozy. They will also give you an extra heater if you feel cold but the fireplace in this cottage does great job at keeping the cottage warm. Housekeeping goes an extra mile with restocking supplies and cleanliness. I will be back here again.❤

Very spacious and comfortable bed...even though we were a bit taken aback when we landed straight in the bedroom when we entered. The added bonus was that they even provided oatmeal packets and granola bars in the kitchen. Cozy little balcony to enjoy a cup of tea with beautiful views of the rockies. The property is beautiful with lots of green area and nice relaxing swings. There was also very nice kids play area that my daughter absolutely enjoyed.

The whole experience of staying here is excellent - care has been taken with everything. It feels like the business is loved by its owners, they clearly pride themselves on the service they provide.
