H	H L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located in Lake Louise and easy to get to the highways to Banff etc. The hotel was clean and tidy and had luggage carts so you can easily transport your luggage to your room. Parking was free all you needed to do was to provide your plate number at the front desk when checking in. The room was clean and very functional. I would highly recommend this establishment and would definitely stay here again.

Our room was mortifying with bed stains and blood on the curtain yes we were moved to another room but it was smaller the door hit the toilet and again not fully cleaned. Upon check out the gentleman apologized and was astonished we were not given an upgrade or dinner that made me more upset because we were told this was the best they could do when we were moved! I contacted hotels.com and they tried to reach the hotel 3 times with no response I would love for this to be rectified and would truly hope this service gets better
k	kornel kusznieruk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main building is great, where we stayed was building 4, three floors no elevator and the rooms were clean but fairly small, two beds and a washroom with full shower/tub. It's not horrible, but not great. I guess I would prefer a better appointed room.
C	Cody Lafond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good, the room was good although the bathroom was a tad small, and we would have expected bathrobes and/or slippers. There should also be a button-push door opener on the back side of the first building, as that door is quite heavy to hold open when hauling in many items (as well as for mobility issues). Not huge issues and will likely stay here again.
I	Isabelle Blanchette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch cancellation policy. I have been going to Lake Louis Inn for years. I booked a room for 2 tonight 6 months in advance. I had to changed my plan and reduce my stay to 1 night. The response I received is that I either have to cancel my 2 nights or pay for 2 nights. As the minimum requirement for that week is minimum 2 nights stay. Because I a booked so long in advance I had a really good rate. I understand that he goes with the demand but that prove you that there are only money grabber they do not care about the service or their customer which is very sad :( we will start going to their competitors. My reservation confirmation had nothing regarding changes and the condition, not sure if they are really allow to do this.
H	Harry Radford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived last Tuesday for a couple of nights away to enjoy the quiet calmness of the Mountains before the mad crowds appeared. It's the first time we have been to the hotel and from the minute we arrived and greeted by Cynthia we knew we would not be disappointed. Many thanks to her and the staff for the room provided to us and we had such an enjoyable two nights away. The evening meal provided by the Timberwolf Pizza restaurant was excellent and of course we will be writing them a review as well. The following morning we enjoyed the most amazing breakfast in the Legends restaurant and although limited by Covid19 policies and could not enjoy the buffet, we were looked after by Matthew who provided the service and meals for us. Please do not change anything on the menu and thank you so much for choosing to use real eggs for scrambled eggs and not the liquid variety. It was so easy to tell quality produce and the bacon, sausage and of course the fruits were top quality. After spending the day traveling around the area, we also took in the hot tubs and swimming pool offered to us and were were not disappointed by the facilities. Our checkout by Karen was very professional and of course, we think that the hotel provided a first class service and I can assure you, we have been in a few around the World, this being top on our list. If we could provide you with any constructive criticisms, the toiletries could be slightly better quality but didn't take away from our experience. A	Alexandre Duverger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very kind and moved us to another room because the first one was too noisy. I think you should not rent rooms just above the hotel laundry if you can't get a proper noise / vibration insulation. The pool is great but always get crowded after 5 p.m. so go early. The pizzas at their restaurants are pretty disappointing, given the price. Burgers were good though :) You can rent snowshoe for free at the reception desk, very helpful !
B	Boyan Boyanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located, reasonable room size and amenities, infinitely better than the Mountaineer Lodge up the road. Yes, the walls are paper thin, in case you are wondering why there are ear plugs on your bed. But other than that there isn't much to complain about, this is basic accommodation after all. The on premises restaurants are all decent.
