Pour les chauffeurs, pour avoir utilisé leurs services deux fois, le premier était très gentil et emphatique lorsqu'il est venu me chercher à l'hôpital, il a attendu avec moi pour les papiers qui tardaient.. le deuxième.. Ouf.. Arrivé en retard et m'a bousculée de me dépêcher quand je ne pouvait mettre de poids sur ma cheville. Il était tellement pressé et stressé qu'il a failli me faire tomber en me montant dans son camion. Sa conduite.. Ouff... J'avais peur.. il conduisait très vite et parlait au cellulaire..Est-ce que ça existe à Montréal, une compagnie de transport où le service est emphatique et courtois de tout les chauffeurs? Est-ce que c'est possible de se sentir en sécurité lorsque nous sommes vulnérable? Les étoiles vont aux répartiteurs et au seul chauffeur empathique.
Very good courteous service of the dispatchers. For the drivers, for having used their services twice, the first was very kind and emphatic when he came to pick me up at the hospital, he waited with me for papers that were late .. the second .. Whew .. Arrived late and shoved me to hurry when I could put weight on my ankle. He was so in a hurry and stressed that he nearly knocked me down when he got into his truck. His conduct .. Ouff ... I was scared .. he drove very fast and spoke on the cell phone. Does it exist in Montreal, a transport company where the service is emphatic and courteous to all the drivers? Is it possible to feel safe when we are vulnerable? The stars go to dispatchers and the only empathic driver.

We called and reserved a taxi to the airport. We called back 25 minutes later to see if it was on the way and they said they weren’t sending anyone. We missed an international flight as a result.
Avoid this company!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother who is 89 years old, needed to be brought to her granddaughter's wedding from Montreal to Hudson. The transportation went smoothly and she was picked up and brought there on time. Her return trip to the long-term care facility went just as well. The driver was very courteous and caring. Great service! Thank you Alex at dispatch!
