D	Darlyne Holdal Lessard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love driving in any weather (all four seasons in fact with the longest season Calgary has...winter ❄️ being my favourite ?) and I love ? each precious student who I have been entrusted to shuttle safely to and from school. ? The staff work tirelessly to train all Transfer Care Specialists to do their duties with excellence. ? I enjoy the positivity and camaraderie amongst my colleagues and our supervisors alike. ? Hats off to each big hearted person involved in the day to day function of this amazing company but especially the route planners and scheduling department! ?? The continental breakfasts on “paperwork day” are delicious ? and this meeting time provides many opportunities to develop and grow numerous friendships within our community. ?? I have felt like a valued employee since January 2018 and would definitely recommend this company as a wonderful and caring place to work. ?

It is a great operation that is focused on passenger and driver safety. Just read the other (newer) reviews to see how people rate their experience with 4ST!
M	Mike Hart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interviewed and accepted into training in December. The training is very thorough and absolutely professional. While I did not receive payment for this in money, I did receive excellent compensation for my time with first aid, theory and a few days driving with expertise and advice from the very friendly instructors. You are not judged, but taught. You will be a much better, safe and confident driver when you get through the program. All staff I’ve met there were friendly and helpful. Before applying there I read many of the reviews positive and negative.... in the few weeks I’ve been here, I have not experienced any negative incidents and am happily doing a route now. I’ll add that for the first couple of days I had an experienced driver ‘showing me the ropes’, I did not feel too anxious because of this.

This company is away from caring about kids, my kid's bus driver almost dropped off my kid to another parent. My kid was terrified while telling me what happened and definitely the driver never mentions anything regarding this. I have contacted the school for 2 days with no answer. They responded after 3 days that they will investigate what happened. The driver denied my kid story and lied about it, the other family involved in this situation confirmed my kid's story. Finally what they have decided that the driver will still the same and if I don't like this, I should drive him myself. The worst experience I have ever had with transportation company.

It's a real pleasure to be associated with the people who "work" here because they make it so interesting ?. They are very approachable with any issues/questions that arise. In my opinion it feels more like a family than a company. Keep up the great work ?

In the very beginning I was so nervous as my child was so young and had never taken a bus by himself before. We were so fortunate to have been assigned an amazing driver. On to this year. Again, new year and a different driver. Again, I was nervous. We were so fortunate to have had a good first year. I was hoping for a just as successful second year. It was a rocky start to the year, but the staff and supervisors here were so wonderful. They worked with us to find a solution that would be good for all of us. We were given another wonderful driver this year! Alnoor has been amazing with my son! I am so grateful for him. He is kind, caring and just an overall wonderful human being. Thank you to 4 Seasons and especially Alnoor for helping us by providing great service and making our time so much less stressful.

Parking the bus at home means no commute to work and more time with my family. I can bring my preschooler with me so no daycare needed. 4Seasons works hard to ensure a friendly, caring and fun workplace culture with lots of benefits and perks such as tickets to the Flames or Roughneck games. I love it here! Maybe you will too ?
