Je me suis faite dire plusieurs fois un : ca dépend à la suite de mon Bonjour comment allez-vous! Parfois le chauffeur accepte de nous servir parfois il me refuse totalement le taxi avec pour prétexte qu'il ne se déplace pas dans la zone ou nous sommes. Mais je sais qu'il le fait une fois sur 2... probablement selon son humeur. Je travaille dans le service client depuis longtemps et c'est vraiment le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vu. Impoli et méchant, je déteste devoir entrer en contact avec eux. Je vous le déconseille fortement.
I work for a hotel and on several occasions I had to get in touch with this company. I was told several times one: it depends after my Hello how are you! Sometimes the driver agrees to serve us sometimes he totally refuses me the taxi with the pretext that he does not move in the area where we are. But I know he does it every other time ... probably depending on his mood. I've been in customer service for a long time and it really is the worst customer service I've seen. Rude and mean, I hate having to get in touch with them. I strongly advise against it.
