Poulet de Cournouailles, plusieurs types de viandes hachées, d'excellentes tranches de smoked meat, etc. Les meilleures merguez en ville et j'en ai essayé beaucoup. Ca ma donné des burger degeux qui ont finit aux poubelles. Plus jamais jamais jamais. Cote prix... Plutot cher pour une qualite inferieure a une epicerie. Je regrette amerement davoir laisser mon boucher traditionnel pour ce jour. Poor quality at most. There was only "extra lean" ground meat that was fatter than regular and not fresh at all. It gave me some tasty burger that ended up in the trash. Never never never again. Price side ... Rather expensive for a quality inferior to a grocery store. I bitterly regret leaving my traditional butcher for this day.

J'y suis retourné quelques fois pour me me convaincre. Ce que j'avance est exacte. À évitez à tout prix. You are greeted with a smile because people laugh at you. The scale is not accurate and they inject their meats with water to increase the weight. I went back there a few times to convince myself. What I am saying is correct. Avoid at all costs.

Loin des usines à viandes, on prend soin de vous et la boucherie offre des viande de qualité provenant des fermes du Québec. On ne vous pousse pas à la consommation, leur agneau est hallucinant et les poulets à la broche un régal. Le personnel est aussi très sympathique et disponible. Great neighborhood butcher. The products are always fresh and carefully prepared. Far from the meat factories, we take care of you and the butcher offers quality meat from Quebec farms. We don't push you to eat, their lamb is amazing and the broiler chickens a treat. The staff are also very friendly and available.
