Parking Information

City Centre Parkade is attached to the building with entrances on the corner of 9th Avenue and 2nd Street and at 340 10th Avenue across the street from “NATIONAL”. You must pay for parking in advance with your license plate at one of the kiosks when you arrive.

A second parkade is “kitty-corner” from Gulf Canada Square with entrances off 9th Avenue and 3rd Street (You pass this first on your Left if on 9th Avenue or on your Right if coming from MacLeod Tr.). There is also a parkade in “Banker’s Hall”. Finally, there are “Impark” lots on 9th and 10th Avenues.

If you’re lucky (or it’s Saturday), there’s “Park Plus” street parking on 9th Avenue starting in front of “Oriental Phoenix” restaurant for a few blocks.

I have lived in different provinces over the years, during this time I have seen many different dermatologists . The experience I had at Papillon was by far the best. I arrived for my appointment early, so waited in a very clean and stylish waiting room. What I noticed during my wait was how kind and helpful the front staff were. I was then brought into the exam room where I met Dr Swiegers for the first time. Dr Swiegers was so warm and professional, I instantly felt comfortable with her. I had a skin check done for multiple moles and sun spots, the exam was so comprehensive and thorough. She explained everything to me and ensured I had all my questions answered. I did have a biopsy of a suspicious area which naturally I was nervous about. Dr Swiegers called me at home with the results as soon as she had them (thankfully good news). Such a great experience from beginning to end. From the front staff to a gem of a doctor, this clinic is by far the best there is. Thank you Dr Swiegers!!

I have been dealing with skin problems and cysts for 15 years and have met with countless dermatologist, and he just knocks all of their diplomas off the walls. He is a genuine human who cares about patients well being and addresses all concerns, weather they are in his field or not. All of the staff makes you feel warm, welcome and comfortable in dealing with sensitive areas.

The family physician tried to treat it for 3 months by freezing it and suggested taping it with duct tape to “suffocate” the wart. In the end, the skin on my daughter’s foot got so dry that the skin cracked - the virus spread which resulted in a cluster with a bunch of baby warts around the main wart. I knew I had to go somewhere else. This dermatolgy centre was able to give us an appointment right away! Most dermatologists have wait times of 3 months but this clinic has multiple dermatologists coming in to treat warts. Our dermatologist is Dr. Alisha Rai. She is so very professional and very nice. My daughter has been seeing her for about 2.5 months now - we go once a week for laser treatment and also apply a topical cream twice a day from home. My daughter’s foot is looking better each week and she is responding to treatments very well! I’m so happy I found this clinic and would highly recommend to everyone. Very nice front desk staff as well - which we all know is very rare these days. Clean clinic and nice environment. Wart appointments are booked in 5min increments and is absolutely enough time. We have never had to wait much in the waiting area and usually get called in within 5min of arriving. Very happy with our experience so far!

I was unfortunately late but there was no fuss on their end. I was seen right away and my procedure was quick and painless. I will definitely go back.

I appreciate that I was able to self refer for dermatological concerns as I was having trouble getting a timely referral, and Dr. Watanabe has been absolutely life changing. She was able to diagnose a concern I’ve been dealing with for over 10 years, and she followed up with me personally by phone to review all results. I am so thankful to her, because she literally saved me from a life long chronic illness. The other staff are wonderful as well, always cheerful and professional. Thank you all for your wonderful work!
