I just had my first allergist appointment virtually with Dr. David Cross and he was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything in a clear and concise manner. He was also patient with my questions. As a specialist in his field, it was evident that he is very knowledgeable and professional. He provided a multitude of solutions, possible concerns, and preventative measures. On an additional note, he secretary Nancy is very organized and efficient. It was easy to book an appointment and follow up with changes that I required. Overall a very pleasant experience

Had an appointment booked for like 4 months in advance and then a couple days prior to my allergy appointment coming up the receptionist Nancy phones and says that dr cross is sick and we will rebook my appointment and it would be almost another months wait ?? to get into this clinic again. I said he’ll no you won’t book me in for another month to find out what’s wrong with me and why I’m having these horrible allergy symptoms. Then I said I might just cancel the appointment. The lady goes ahead and assumes I said I wanted to cancel that next months appointment and she said “I will go ahead and cancel your appointment and let your doctor know” I didn’t even mention to her to confirm I wanted to cancel the appointment she just assumed. I said might just go ahead and cancel the appointment. I didn’t confirm with her to cancel that allotments right away… This clinic is a joke. They say the doctor is sick so you have to wait another month after waiting almost half a year for your appointment because that doctor is apparently sick. I highly doubt she was sick… probably double booked me in… They should have extra spots to rebook you in sooner. The receptionist told me they rebook in increments of 3 months. WHAT A JOKE…

I went to see Dr Cross this morning and this doctor is really amazing. He took the time to listen to me and he asked me many questions to arrive at his diagnosis. Nancy at the reception is also nice and professional. I highly recommend this immunologist
