S	SuziJulie moier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I was around 10, maybe 12 or so, I've had many bad, scary and traumatic experiences with hygienists and dentists. I wanted and thought I NEEDED sedation dentistry and was referred to Midtown Dental/ 401- 9th Ave. Everyone in the office...receptionist/hygienist/dental Assistant/dentist... All took the time to get to know me and my situation. Didn't feel rushed and after today I'm not nervous or scared to continue with them. To each their own but I felt completely comfortable with them today and my next appointment is in two weeks and I'm looking forward to it. Update Next Tuesday. Even though I pushed it off 2 months I'm still on track to have a nice full set of teeth and smile like I should have had the last 15 years. I'm definitely giving 5 stars. It's worth checking them out. Cheers Julie A. (I know it says Suzi...gaming account. Lol) Another update April 20, 2021.. I have to give 5. As much as I have issues with any and all dental procedures going back 35 years.... I have to deal and the end result is after just an hour...no more pain and the way the front staff handles my situation.. is amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Have a beautiful crown in today. (I'll keep updating this)

She has always explained all treatment in detail and given me great advice on how to care for them. I always look forward to my appointments, great assistants and very friendly reception, always smiling! Absolutely awesome team, I honestly cannot find a single bad thing to say as my experience has always been positive, highly recommended!!

The hygienist Chris was absolutely amazing and made sure to check with me to ensure I was still okay and he took his time to make sure everything was going at pace okay with me. I had booked expecting to have to use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and I didn't have to use any throughout my entire appointment! My dentist (I forgot his name, I'm so sorry) was also amazing and let me know we are going to focus on preventative to ensure that I don't have to come to the dentist more than I have to due to my anxiety surrounding dentist and dental work. I've never been more impressed with the compassion shown and everyone there is absolutely amazing and completely understanding. If you are scared to go to the dentist or haven't been in a while I 100% recommend here! I will never go to another dental office other than 9th Avenue Dental again. I'm so happy to have found dentists that care and aren't about "drive through dental"

This remarkably well managed and extensive practice not only deals with all aspects of Dental Health but also Sleep Apnea from which I suffer…An oral insert option to enhance and support my respiration means Everything ~ I am Completely unable to use forced air mask based equipment ~~This is an option I was unaware of and a perfect Solution for many. Midtown has two locations ~ Downtown and in the Mission district. The staff at both locations are also Exceptional ~~everything is explained in Detail and Communicated perfectly…I’ve been a completely Loyal and Satisfied patient of Midtown for many years ~~~They have been vetted out by our large family and many close friends ~~This may very well be the best Dental Practice in Calgary~~~it isn’t a “big box” practice with 20 or 30 Dentists~~This is a Family based Practice and the Best one we have been to…!! The Khanna Brothers are also two of the kindest and most considerate physicians we have EVER met….!! Lovely People~ Lovely friends!

The staff are super friendly and approachable. The hygienists here are fantastic and do a great job. They are knowledgeable and work in a timely manner.

When I found out I gave her a call and she said she will write a cheque back to me but when I asked for the cheque they said they will give me credit to use for next time. 2. Doctor suggested me to get a night guard. So as usual I asked reception to get an estimate from my insurance company. The estimate 9th dental submit shows 149 and my benefit will cover 100%. But when I got the bill it shows $797 and I have to pay $212 out of my pocket. 3. Reception charged one of my old credit card(which I canceled already) without even checking with me. Very disappointed.
