She is truly awesome and so friendly, knowledgeable and will always guide you down the right path when it comes to preventative aging and skin health treatments! Highly recommend her! I’ve also seen the Dr when he is in the office and very kind and listens well, and provides multiple options for any concerns you have!

Shu and Jess are extremely professional and friendly (main reason why I keep coming back). They are so knowledgeable and the prices are great! Getting a procedure is always scary but they make the experience and the process easy as A B C. Stop wasting your time and money and come to ReNue!

The professionalism of the staff is outstanding. I am always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. If I could give more stars, I would. To anyone who has had an unpleasant experience at other establishments, please give ReNue one chance. That's all it will take and I guarantee that you will return. I always leave ReNue completely satisfied, but more importantly, I always have a giggle with the girls. If anyone is too shy to book an appointment, I promise you, no matter what the procedure, you will be astonished at how you are treated. Men, I especially encourage you to try this clinic. You will ALWAYS have a positive experience at ReNue.

I always feel so welcomed, reassured and confident. My RN Shu and Rachelle are simply the best and love them dearly. Being that I've only seen the girls three times so far it feels like I've known them forever. Absolute dolls. Shu is so gentle, knowledgeable and always strives for what is best for me. My questions are always answered and always leave extremely happy and confident. Rachelle is such a sweetheart, thoughtful and always so bubbly. These two may be my long lost sisters honesty. I've met other staff members and they're simply great as well. Highly recommend either downtown or Seton Renue locations. 6/5 stars for me. ;)

They got me in very quickly and Dr. McLean was in the office with me right away, she also introduced me to the nurse she works with who was lovely and knowledgeable . The follow up appointment went well and there were no touch ups needed ! I think that speaks to Dr. McLean’s expertise in knowing the exact right amount of product , and exactly where it needed to go for maximum effect but to still maintain expression and a natural look. The appointment was quick and painless and got some great product recommendations for skin care as well. I would return to both ReNue locations as it was a pleasant experience all around and Dr. McLean is the best at what she does!
i	im_the_nutmeg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know where to begin to express my happiness and gratitude for Dr. Shu and Paige!!! My filler and Botox was so comfortable with amazing results!! Dr. Shu creates such a natural look with precise attention to detail, you can tell she takes pride in her work! She focuses on doing filler and botox in small amounts and building on it rather than potentially overloading your features and having to dissolve. She also gives you a lot of detail, you know exactly what to expect during your appointment and afterwards! I will stay with Dr. Shu ❤️ Paige I have been seeing for laser hair removal and chemical peels! She is extremely knowledgeable is her craft and makes sure you will be happy with your results! My underarms no longer have what seemed to be a permanent 5 o'clock shadow! Hahaha she's lots of fun and very safe, I've never felt uncomfortable or any pain during my treatments. Paige will make sure you're happy in your own skin ❤️ I love this practice and love the staff, you'll never leave without a smile on your face ?

T	Trisha D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent experience today with Dr. Shu at ReNue Clinic. I went in to get a mole removed on my right cheek. I came into the office and she took me to the examination room right away, no need to wait. I filled out a form, then she discussed my mole and how the procedure would work, pros and cons, what to expect based on the type of mole I had, and made sure to answer any questions I had were answered. Once I agreed to go through the procedure, I filled out a few more forms and she took me to the operating room right away. She took pictures, had me lay down on the bed, cleaned the area , numbed it, then explained how the laser would be loud but I wouldn't feel a thing. She gave a quick example of what it would sound like and asked if I was ok with the sound. We proceeded, and she stopped every few seconds to make sure I was still doing well and told me if I needed a break to let her know. It was so quick, maybe 1-2minutes. She explained how to take care of the area and recommended what to get. Overall I felt super safe and comfortable and zero pain other than the initial numbing which was a 2/10 for "pain". Such a great experience and would recommend anyone to get it done, if needed. Everyone at the clinic is super kind I met Jenny one of the receptionists and she was extremely warm and welcoming. I felt really good about my decision in choosing ReNue.
