Quality workmanship and extra care to details is Seen throughout all custom their homes. I have seen several of their homes and can say without doubt Panache homes delivers on quality and superb design!

We purchased our first home from Panache Homes - we are very pleased with the quality and attention to detail. Team has been very responsive with follow up questions we have had as new home owners.

We purchased our first house from Panache Homes last year and have had a positive experience so far. The ownership seems to genuinely care about the quality of their product and the satisfaction of the customer. They have been very responsive and have provided timely support with the (minor) items required to date.

These guys are crooks do not work for them without getting your money up front. The courts have confirmed that there is no question the work requested was done and completed to standard. The photos reports and math all add up. Void filling especially could easily be proven with a concrete drill and 3 mins. You don’t want to pay your bills so you lie and snake your way out of it. Please see photos with foam, injection holes and piles installed.

Slow to respond. In my opinion they use seemingly poor contractors and they cut corners where they can. Poor knowledge of building codes as there are are significant deficiencies in our home. The home was less than 3 years old and we required significant repairs to the roof, insulation, new ceilings, new decks, new drywall, new exterior wall assembly, new windows & doors, new closets, basement and foundations repairs and major repairs to the furnace and fireplace. I recall having no heat as both the fireplace and furnace were broken in -30 weather a few Months after we moved in and it took the builder over a week to send someone to help. Our home basically needed to be rebuilt after only 2 years. We found out that the Roof above my newborn son’s room was completely rotted after only 2 years. We were told there were no issues by the builder. We had water dripping from pot lights and yet the builder was unresponsive. We were also told they used spray foam insulation. They used cellulose insulation which is not acceptable in an invented roof cavity. They used building paper as a roof membrane. Absolutely unacceptable building practices and several building code deficiencies. The builder was unresponsive to our requests to address the larger issues. Our repair cost were approximately $250k. Our neighbour had the same costs. Terrible all around. It took us hiring a building envelope engineer and escalating the issue with home warranty (over 2 years) to get action and a new contractor to complete the repairs (over 4 years). This builder only reached out to help 3 years later after home warranty issued their verdict and they realized it was going to cost them more to make the situation right. Naturally we refused and continued with more reliable contractors. I do not recommend buying a home from them and I can confirm that other owners of their builds are experiencing similar issues.
