First, in our search for a home we went to countless open houses and saw that, in our opinion, the vast majority of them were sub par quality wise. With Maillot you can see, and feel, the difference. This was confirmed by our home inspector who raved about the house. Second, even though we weren't even a Maillot customer, they have still taken the time to answer some questions after our purchase. Based on this, I can tell that they remain committed to customers post-build. All in all, I can't see myself living in a house that isn't Maillot built and I couldn't recommend them enough.. Well done!

Rob, the owner, is hands on during the whole process and his staff follow his lead to ensure customers are taken care of. Trades are carefully selected and it shows their relationship with Maillot is valued and they know that any work they do will be re-done if it isn't done to high standards the first time. During the whole process, speaking to each trade and staff was easy. We didn't have to worry that shortcuts were being taken because time and time again, Rob and co displayed the ethical and socially responsible decision making to earn his loyal following. The same cannot be said about others in their industry. Thank you Maillot team for building our forever home...

After reviewing many potential locations in Mount Royal and Elbow Park we had finally found the perfect lot to build the home of our dreams. Throughout a 2 year period we worked closely with Rob and the team at Maillot to secure the lot, design a beautiful home, design a dream interior, customize the landscaping to the home and lot, and finally construct the 'perfect' home. From start to finish this entire (and complex!) process was nothing but a joy and a pleasure. The end result is everything we had imagined, and more. The Maillot team is very sensitive to customer needs and requests, but is also superb at managing the thousands of moving parts and details that go in to completing such a project. The contractors were excellent, the quality of work is excellent, and the attention to detail is excellent; in fact many fine details that Susan and I would never have considered become apparent every day we live in the house. The home is exactly right in scale and finishing; luxurious and elegant.
