Despite his young age he's a cut above all the real estate agents I've dealt with. Dealing with Gary is the best decision I've made, won't be dealing with any realtor other than him in Calgary and area since there is no need too, he does it all, commerical to residential, buying and selling, he takes care of the hard work so all you have to worry about is what furniture to buy for the new place.

He even came to a property me and my business partner were working on for final touch up advice on a Sunday at 8 pm with absolutely no hesitation. When selling a property, he broke down each portion of the contract in simple terminology that is easily understood. My mother who is 67 years old felt at ease when selling her home after Gary spent an extended period of time with her explaining each point on the right to sell contract to make her as comfortable as possible. He came prepared to every meeting I had with him with updated statistics of not only the Calgary market but also the neighborhood itself and will give timely advice to ensure you are buying or selling at the right time to reach your goal. I highly recommend Gary to anyone who is not just looking to buy or sell a house, but for someone who understands and will carry their best interests.
