When I couldn't find a band that fit my vision of what would go with my custom engagement ring, I started looking into custom band options and found Pam. She was highly responsive and professional, and created the ring I had in my head on a fairly short timeline. I was grateful that she was willing to meet and work with us during the pandemic, meeting outdoors and masked to ensure everything was as I wanted. Highly recommend!

A	Andrew Van Winkle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pam provided a stellar experience and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. I brought Pam a loose sapphire and asked her to design a custom setting for it. I had some very specific design elements that I wanted to incorporate into the ring. I met with several jewelers and while they told me my ideas were impractical / impossible, Pam executed flawlessly. Pam is a great listener who made this a collaborative effort in bringing my vision to life. She took my ideas, made some recommendations of her own and completed a one-of-a-kind design. The ring is stunning! Pam was flexible and easy to work with. We had a few in person meetings but were able to do most of the work by email. She also prepared a surprise reveal for my wife with champagne and chocolates where we all reviewed the stones and 3D designs before putting the ring into production. This gave my wife a chance to have input on her own ring before it was finished. It was a perfect experience from start to finish and if I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for everything Pam, it was a pleasure working with you and I wish you much success in the future!

She is fantastic to work with and is very responsive through every step of the process, making sure that I was happy with the design and answering all my questions. She also offers the option to trade in old gold pieces and applies all the proceeds from the gold sale off of your custom piece. The final product was beautiful and I would highly recommend Pam for custom design work!

Not only did the ring turn out perfect and gorgeous, Pam was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I had very specific requirements and specifications for the ring design which Pam fulfilled completely, keeping the ring subtly vintage, yet sophisticated and timeless. She even provided me guidance and recommendations throughout the process. She was extremely responsive, especially given my very tight timeline to propose on my anniversary date. 4 other ring designers in Toronto could not fulfill the timeline to which Pam had no problem doing herself. Pam was extremely accomodating to ensure we kept the proposal a secret from my girlfriend. I am so thankful for Pam's help and highly recommend anyone use her for a custom engagement ring design.
