As soon as I saw the ring, I knew it was the one. I've had communications with Susan and Jhenae and they have been nothing bet cordial and helpful through the process. Susan was the who I first spoke with when I inquired about the ring this last June. I was really nervous because not only was this one of the largest purchases I've ever had to make; I wasn't going to be able to do it in person. Susan sent me multiple videos of the ring in different light conditions. She send me photos of the ring stacked with other rings rings at my request. She really assuaged all my concerns. When the ring finally arrived it exceeded all expectations. Photos and videos really just don't do it justice. Now it's November and I'm happily engaged. Jhenae reached out to me earlier this month to follow up with me. She then offered to have the ring cleaned, inspected, and adjusted at no charge. And they're covering the shipping charges as well. I've been more than satisfied with my experience and my fiancé and I will likely look to ATTIC for our wedding bands.
