★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dedicated customers for 20 years. For the first time I purchased Fettuccini Alfredo medium size, and it had absolutely zero taste. We tried to improve the taste with garlic and Parmesan cheese but no one ate it. It seriously needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for an event went to pick-up..they gave us the wrong order...we arrived all the way home to realize it was wrong (not sure how this happened when it was under my name)...had to drive all the way back to return the incorrect food...from this point waited in store over 10 minutes, got no gift-card or any sort of benefit for the mix up....this was all for an event that was at a set time...terribly poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palma Pasta is my go to place when hosting annual get-togethers.
Unfortunately, the pasta was very over cooked and turned to mush when biting into it. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually very good, however, recently picked up gnocchi and was very disappointed with the overcooked, mushy pasta. Even the grandkids wouldn't eat it, and they love pasta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh. It's just ok. I've tried almost every offering because I wanted to love it! Sadly, the white sauces are watery and flavourless. Don't even bother with their mac and cheese unless you want to be depressed. The "seafood" cannoli has the hintiest hint that it might have been seafood-adjacent at some point. If you don't want to cook and you want pay premium prices, then I guess go there. Super mediocre, at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wanted to love their gluten free pasta but it tastes awful. Bought the gf spinach pasta wrap and the gf penne (both frozen), and unfortunately both ended up in the garbage. They both had a terrible aftertaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried their veggie lasagna at a Baby shower. Today we went and bought lassagnas. First first trying the Rice balls ( they very so yummy. Canoli sadly did not make the trip home as we tried in car. They were amazing. The garlic bread was fresh but I wouldn't try again.
We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever wanted to experience Heaven without actually having to die? Well, Palma Pasta's Chicken Ravioli in rosé sauce is the glitch in the system! My mom bought it, let me try it, and it completely changed my life!!! I will be getting it every Wednesday when it's on sale. Also, I dealt with Ainsley and she was so pleasant. Great service is always a bonus to great-tasting food! Thank you! :)
