I am so very happy with my recent experience at Palko Jewelry Design! Workmanship and customer service are top-notch, professional and timely. Christopher resized, cleaned and polished my wedding ring, and my grandmother's wedding and engagement rings. They are BEAUTIFUL, and it is wonderful to be able to wear them again. I felt secure in entrusting these rings - which are very important to me - to Christopher and Carol. Thanks so much!

My mother recently gave me her engagement ring, which by that time had been reset to include the diamond from her mother’s engagement ring as well. I had one of the diamonds removed and gave it to my sister. With the ring now holding the remaining diamond and two tiny diamonds, I went to Palko Jewellery Design to see if they could reset the diamond somehow in the existing gold ring so it would look good. Carol and I had served together on the executive of Brockville Women in Business years ago, and I knew her to be kind, fair and honest. She looked at the old ring, listened carefully to what I wanted, called Chris in to consult with us. They said they would try to do what they could with what they were given, aware that I wanted to keep the cost down. What happened next is what makes Carol and Chris so special. They talked it over after I left and decided they just couldn’t do the diamond justice using the old ring, so a day or two later Carol wrote and gently suggested two other possibilities I might like and could afford. Meanwhile, I’d been lying awake at night worrying how the ring would turn out if they tried to use the old ring. When Carol’s email and pictures arrived, I was elated. How wise of her to offer another option! I chose the one I liked best, having shown it to my mother by email. Today I picked up my beautiful, new sparkling ring, with its graceful, delicate lines. I was so happy I hugged both Chris and Carol. True customer service is a rarity these days. Carol and Chris offer a winning combination of sincere customer service and incomparable artistry. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a piece of jewelry they can treasure.

Over the years I have taken items for cleaning and repair to Palko Jewellery Design, and have always been very happy with the friendly service and prompt return of the pieces. Here is a interesting story which illustrates Chris’ design skills: Several years ago I lost my wide-band wedding ring, which was a match for my husband’s but with added diamonds (of course!). I contacted the original designer who made another ring. Then miraculously the lost ring turned up, 3 years later! Chris cut the replacement and fashioned a beautiful pendant and earrings. I was thrilled!

I had stones replaced in two rings, one was an opal, the second one had an opal, but was replaces with a blue stone. I was very happy with the end results., and will use their expertise when needed in the future. Thanks to both Chris and Carol.

Carol and Chris are great! Their work is flawless and they always seem to carry out the vision you have going in and take the time to understand exactly what you want. Thank you Carol and Chris once again!

As always, Chris and Carol at Palko Jewellery Design take care of my ring set like it was their own. Every year after they inspect and clean them, I fall in love with them all over again.

Thank goodness my neighbour recommended I take my rings to Palko Jewellers. Carol was friendly, honest and gave me valuable recommendations to solve my issues with my rings not fitting. They do fabulous work and my beautiful rings no longer reside in the jewellery box. Now my husband`s chain and pendant are in for repair. Wonderful people, amazing results!!

I have used Palko Jewellery several times now. The first was to modernize my wedding set & the process was a pleasure. I received sound design advice from Carol & Chris did a beautiful job on my ring. Carol listened to my thoughts & welcomed my questions; my ring turned out exactly as I'd envisioned. Next, I asked them to resize my husbands ring & then to create another ring for my wedding set using some stones I already own. Their service has been kind & impeccable.
