A	Arsha Arsha Arsha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get ripped off and over pay on boxes come here! They have so many selections and they will be happy to over charge you. I came for 3 boxes that were large and they were charging $7.10!!! I've never paid that much for a box. The claim it's due to inflation. Meanwhile I call another box company down the street and for the SAME SIZE they are charging $4.50. So if you want someone to steal your money come here, or just don't.

H	Hai Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off a package to be return with a prepaid label, and per the tracking number it still has not left this packaging depot in Langley BC. When called to ask for assistance I was dismissed and provided the rude response of "How the am i suppose to know what happened to your package". Rude customer service that seemingly could care less about their customer and now i am concerned that they may have lost the package. The team was HIGHLY disorganized when i dropped off the package originally and i was not provided a receipt of confirmation.
R	Review Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning to ship 14 boxes and was told there was a challenge with how we wanted to ship this via FedEx. The guy I dealt with worked with me to make this happen and it all got shipped. Great experience and they definitely have customer service in mind.

Next day I took I'd in and they told me it was $30 more then the qoute and they didn't include packaging the part up. I definitely feel it was a extra cash grab because when she took it in they measured and weighed the part and she asked for the total cost to get it to the island. I definitely will not use them again.

I had very large, expensive, rare and extremely fragile home speakers without the factory crates shipped from B.C. To MB and previous owner recommended I have them professionally packed with Packaging Depot in Langley. Long story short, I’m so glad I did!! They packed them so secure and tight that they could’ve been dropped and no damage would’ve occurred. I spoke with them on the phone prior to packing and they were very helpful and have great knowledge and experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Packaging Depot in Langley for all your shipping needs. These people are PROFESSIONALS.

The courier company did not even attempt to deliver it, instead waited 5 days and then sent it back to me?!?!? The Packaging Depot took my money and did nothing after that. Do not use them, they do not care about your package, they only care about money. $56.50 down the drain and I got nothing in return. Oh, and it took three weeks for me to find out what happened to my package. The Packaging Depot takes no responsibility for mistakes and just blames it on the courier. Terrible, terrible customer service.
