Fast and easy to get the ball rolling with getting a storage unit here, Rachel was great help with finalizing the paperwork and showed me the unit.

Had a great expireience with this storage facility. After having a not so good experience with others I heard good things and went here. The facility was very clean and easy to access. They did what they said they would do which is all we can ask for as customers. The front desk employees were helpful and got me through the setup process pretty quick. I didnt take any photos but you can see then on their website. Thanks for the help and if I need you again I'll be back

These guys are amazing! We park all of our commercial trucks there. If you need Storage or Parking, go see Rachel, Jazz & Ton! I highly recommend them! They have amazing customer service compare to all other storage rental companies! From Blueboys Project & Labour Inc. Blueboys.ca 10 Stars

Update: So thankful with the management as they fixed it within 24 hours and called me first thing in the morning. Jessica, the manager was so apologetic and switched my account from Surrey to Langley and even set up an appointment the same day for me to meet Alyssa from Langley location. It was a breeze using their system with Alyssa’s help. Thank you for you for making things right. I highly recommend using Sentinel storage facility. I’ve never used a storage facility before. When I tried booking it online, I made a mistake choosing Surrey location instead of Langley which is 2 blocks away from my place. I called them to see if I can switch location but the guy told me though they have the same name but they totally have different entity. They can cancel my account but they can’t give my money back anymore. Just frustating that they can’t do anything about it though they are the same company. I just wish they are more lenient about this type of mistake.

The hours posted on google are *not* the office hours, they are the hours you can enter the compound. If you are checking in for the first time, at least for a parking space, you have to go during office hours. Update - I was contacted by a manager who was very apologetic and promptly refunded all of my money. Apparently the issue was a temporary staffing issue. I still don't wholeheartedly recommend storing a vehicle here, but it may work out better for you than for me. Tldr: use long-term parking at the airport, book online, it's cheaper anyway. When we arrived after office hours, I called to try to resolve it. No-one was available to come physically let us in, which is fair enough as this part was my mistake. I told the person I spoke to on the phone that in that case, I could not use the space and would have to find an alternative place to park when I flew out the next morning. I did so, with no hard feelings. A month later, while still out of the country, I got an email that they were about to charge me for my second month! So I called and cancelled (again) and asked for at least a partial refund because I had not even entered the compound. They said no problem, they would refund me. Three weeks later I had not received my refund and called back. They said I would get no refund, as I had not cancelled until the whole first month had passed. This seemed unreasonable, since I explicitly said I could not use it I expected that to count as a cancellation. I got the regional manager's name, Jessica, and her number. I tried calling her for weeks on end and she neither picked up nor returned my calls. I don't mind being charged a pro-rated rate for the week or so I had it reserved, but being completely ignored is not acceptable, and charging me after I cancelled is possibly criminal. I couldn't be less impressed with Jessica. Jazz, who works in the office, is very helpful, polite, informative, and clear. Just to be sure my review doesn't reflect poorly there.

Rachel was a huge help with suggesting unit sizes and pricing appropriate for me. Also had great information for student discounts! Highly recommend her services if your looking for some extra storage :)

Great service! Positive attitude. Pricing is great. I had a very good time dealing with Tom, Rachel, and Jas. Their customer service was excellent, and everything was explained appropriately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sentinel Storage. I had used public storage, and u haul before, but I'd choose Sentinel again over any!

It was great experience dealing with Rachel in the Sentinel storage Surrey location. She showed us around all the available storage options with a lot of patience and very friendly while answering all the questions. Would recommend using their services as they give out good promotional offers and have best prices compared to the competitors.
