★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big, bright and functional. No awkward wasted spaces. Great location -residential area but amenities close by. Drive to ocean, lakes, rivers or forest in 15mins or less. And it’s dog friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my home and have made it as such since July 11, 2019. My manager, Laura Body and her husband Mark Body play a large part in me being comfortable, safe and secure. The only drawback is the rent...of course it's too high, but thought I'd just put that in here. I will stay here unless the rent makes me move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic place to live. The suites are just impressive. In the 2 bdrms, the bedrooms are separated from each other. The walls are even insulated in between rooms which is a rare and smart commodity to limit noise between other people in your suite. In the winter, no heat is needed and we often even need to open the windows. The summertime will be hot like any apartment building, so bring fans. The building is always super clean and I frequently notice the walls being washed and the hallways/stairways being vacuumed. I feel extra safe with the key fob system and cameras that are set up, even outside at night. Management is great. I'm grateful to live here.
