★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in search of a new apartment to live on after a terrible experience we had with Effort Trust, we ran into 775 Concession Apartments owned by CLV Group. In our 7 years living in Canada, we've had an amazing experience here. This place is top notch, especially one of their staff, Pam. She's very approachable, welcomed me and my family with open arms, and most of all, very accommodating to our needs. The neighbourhood is very nice and friendly. I won't hesitate to recommend this to people who are in search of an apartment to live in Hamilton.

Everyone is so pleasant, the staff are always on the go whether the office staff are showing apartments or the building cleaner, Dave, hard at work to keep the buildings and property in top shape. He’s always a polite and pleasant boy to speak to and you can tell he has a passion for what he does with CLV Group. He’s genuine and cares for the tenants here at 775 Concession always assisting tenants up the stairs with their groceries or buggies. However, one minor issue is the parking needs to be addressed - not enough spots and no visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff Terrible superintendents service is absolutely horrible you guys should be ashamed of yourselves takes 5 weeks for a parking spot to be booked & vehicle impounded horrible experience will never forget & just for that next time I'm gonna get a truck & make it even !LOUDER THAN EEEEVVVEEERRRR BEFORE & ENOY MAKE NOISE EVEN HAVE THE SUBLOUFOER & AMP GOING TO ANNOOOYYYY THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOOOOOOOOD!??????????????????☄☄☄

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reside at 775 Concession street and recently submitted a maintenance request for my kitchen tap. It was to my surprise that the maintenance guy was here the very next day. He was very pleasant as well as very efficient. He followed the safety protocol for COVID-19 and resolved my tap issue....I am a happy tenant! I am having issues with extremely loud music from the apt below me now for months!! CLV is Doing NOTHING to rectify the issue, matter of a fact they told me to stay in touch yet they have failed to answer my last emails about this issue….Absolutely ridiculous and Unprofessional to say the least!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's just say I been trying for a week to get a hold of someone. Because my truck was stolen and noone has called me back. It's been like this for over 5 years.
If you don't care if office calls you back this place is ok.
If you have expectations then go somewhere else
