β β β β β Pagoda used to be the BEST Chinese food in Hamilton, but over the last year, they changed every single recipe. I used to be obsessed with their chicken balls and pan fried noodles and pork fried rice, but all three of those main dishes were CHANGED and when i ordered it, I couldn't even eat more than two bites. It was terrible. I also talked to other family members and friends and i warned them it wasn't the same...when they ordered and I asked them about it, they ALL said they couldn't eat more than two bites either. Go back to your old recipes or you're going to go out of business fast. The old pagoda food was 10/10, but these new recipes are 1/10. GO.BACK.TO.THE.OLD.RECIPES!!!!!

β β β β β Our family has been going to this location since I was a kid and I'm 60 years old now, I still treat myself to this wonderful tasting food evey once in a while.. Highly recommend..

β β β β β The absolute worst food EVER. This was our favourite place. Egg rolls were like made of plastic.. we literally choked on the bean sprouts. $40 of food thrown in the garbage

β β β β β Thereβs been a change of ownership I believe. The prices have been raised significantly and the quality of the food isnβt as good. The filling in the egg rolls - itβs like chewing on a ball of deep fried string. Pagoda used to be my place of choice when I wanted Chinese food, but not now.

β β β β β I made sure to call to check closing time today and they told me. 11pm , I told the lady I would make my way to them. Arriving 30 mins prior to their closing time on google and what the lady told me and they are closed! WASTE OF GAS AND TIME! Why not just say youβre closing early! I literally called you 10 mins prior . Will never support this place

β β β β β Delicious. Ordered Dinner for 5 and there was plenty of food. My son loved the garlic ribs. It took less than 30 minutes and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely go back

β β β β β This food is barely edible, the soo guy is dry as a bone!! I spent 90.00 on a big order. They gave us 3 packs of soy sauce. Honey ribs leaked all over the place. Web site said you get 3 pops with an order of 20.00. The girl said because it was Valentines day that special was not applicable. I feel like I should have gotten a case of pop for free!! HORRIBLE food!

β β β β β The worst customer service I ever had. The lady sitting in the front to take order is playing ludo game in her phone don't even give any response for the questions I asked. Very rude. Never going back to the place again. I only brought food from here because I did a long drive to reach the place. I am adding the menu in the photo just to verify other users that I brought the food from there. They have me this menu inside the packet.
