★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that these apartments are in a centrally located area close to everything. Shopping,schools etc...what I didn't like was how they evict people claiming they need the property for their own use. They renovate and jack the rent up. We were paying $675 for a 2bdrm and now look what they go for. Following our eviction came several others. Corporate companies shouldn't be allowed to do this. This isn't Toronto it's Dundas.
