Great vet! They’re an attentive and caring lot, and are surprisingly affordable to boot.

The veterinarian and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The building needs a bit of an update but this does not affect the care of the animals.

I called and spoke to two different employees who told me two different answers to my question regarding deworming my dog. One said I could come in and get dewormer with no issue, so I planned to take my dog in only to receive a call back shortly after saying that employee was new and gave me incorrect information. No responsibility or ownership was taken, or help offered. Largely unprofessional and a waste of time.

The quote margin they give and make your sign for will always be charged for the higher number. The final bill was different from the quotes they make you sign and agree to. Way too pricey. Terrace has more options.

Lack of information for the regular person. This vet has a revolving door of doctors that service this care center, I say care center because other than basic neutering, euthanasia and minor health concerns, this office does not withhold the calibre of medical professionals needed to execute any remotely emergency situations. You will be referred to Kelowna or Vancouver and you most likely will not be privileged to that information until after your second or third trip of "monitoring" your pet. The bomb will drop after the first few visits that this facility is inadequate to perform any surgeries necessary. Do not be swindled. Ask all pertinent question right off the bat.

The vet was absolutely amazing with my fur baby however the low score is for the price point. I have been doing regular vaccines for my pup and the price point has always been the same, $140 to $150 depending on what my little one needs. (this is in Terrace and my family pays the same for their large dog in Smithers) Now the next set of shots came up, exact same...I have a print out telling me what is needed and when...so I thought I would stay local as that would be nice to do, however the bill I received was $237. Quite the difference....the exam charge made the largest difference. I am sorry to say but I will go to Terrace for my next appt.
