Great place, staff really takes care of your pets. And very concerned after they have had surgery.

Vet was rude. Confirmed an appointment with them sent medical records. Talked to receptionist a couple time as to what was to be done. The vet called and cancelled it as I was driving to appointment and was rude. Follow up - St. Paul Vet called me to ask about my experience... when I started to explain my experience the woman said "she found it hard to believe" and "sometimes I need to put myself in someone else's shoes". Why on earth they would follow up with me to NOT listen to my experience is beyond me?! This really points to a company that is not interested in improving their customers experience, I would not trust my pet to these people. I found excellent service at Weir Vet Clinic in Lloydminster.

Would not take any of my pets (family) to any other clinic unless I had no choice. Dr. Craig is the best, most compassionate, gentlest veterinarian I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with for our precious pets.

We would like to say Thank you to the staff at the St.Paul vet clinic for their caring and compassionate attitude towards our dog. They are very professional and have treated our dog well. They also answered all our questions that we had. Very caring people.

Was a big help with my boy Dozer. Appreciated the compassion.

I wish I had more space to write more here but there is a character limit so I have to make this shorter than I would like. This vet made the experience of losing my cat of two and a half years something that will stick with me as one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. In short, my pet was difficult around other people and after back and forth with this vet, and switching to the bellis veterinary clinic I had no choice but to try to take my pet here to minimize travel and make it as fast and painless as possible. This was not to be, when I entered for my appointment the staff immediately demanded payment in advance. I said I am not putting this animal down until he is sedated as we talked about. They followed me into the exam room demanding payment and this is when things became heated. I told them you will get your (expletive) money, and the owner Craig then was sent in to heavy me for offending his staff in my increasingly agitated state. I spent ten minutes arguing with the owner to get my pet sedated while being threatened with ejection, while my cat became more and more agitated in his last moments. In the end he would not even allow me to be present for the final IV. It took everything I had to keep it as calm as it even was, and it was not that calm. Do yourself and your pets a favor. Do not bring them here. Go to Bellis, Go to Bonnyville, go anywhere else. Your requests will not be accommodated and while the owner claims as he told me he loves animals enough that he would do this for free. It's all about the money in my opinion for this establishment.

I was is a very panicked a desperate situation with a stray I found. I asked the girl who answered the phone a lot of questions and if she didnt know she asked the vet. The vet actually took time to speak with me! That in my experience is very rare. She was kind, understanding and compassionate as well as extremely helpful. I was just taken back by the amount of care she provided especially being so busy. The prices for most things, in my opinion have a massive mark up, though. Which feels like they may be exploiting the fact that they are the only vet in St.Paul. I also feel that they are taking advantage of their customers when they are often in a vunuerable state. As well as those who feel safer buying what the vet or support staff suggests.

Such amazing staff! Our fur babies were well looked after and in a caring, Compassionate manner. We could not ask for a better Vet to take our animal family too! Thank you ????
