★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Dr Tim and his staff for the first time under difficult circumstances- having travelled to Fernie with an ailing elderly cat who was ready to pass on. My husband, children and I were welcomed and provided with professional guidance, kindness and care to support the passing of our beloved pet. Their service was all I could’ve hoped for and I would encourage anyone needing great animal care to choose them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the best vets! Unfortunately my cat passed away suddenly and they were so kind and understanding. They sent us a card and our boys paw prints in it??, that was the best surprise we could of gotten. Thank you so much Tanglefoot❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a bill before you even get your pet back or no written information on what you just paid for!! This is the vet for you!! Office staff give no breakdowns to what was paid for! What was done? How much does my dog weigh now? What are my followups, charts info for shots Anything. Nope just heres the visa machine NEXT!!! Another example of a business using the bad word Covid to do less but charge more!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our two 8 week old kittens here as they were doing poorly. Dr. Tim was great, and was very reluctant to go right to antibiotics, which I loved. He re-hydrated them and gave them vitamins and they started doing much better. He even made the extra step of doing a fecal slide to see if there was anything of note. I was really happy with how kind and helpful everyone was here.

They were kind responsible respectful loving towards me and my dog halo had the best time even though we had to do so much with her I just wanna thank you guys for being so patient with the both of us. And very reasonable prices very happy with the outcome thank you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been thrilled with the care our cats receive at Tanglefoot. Extremely professional, a caring nature, and informative dialogue go a long way with us regarding the care of our pets. A recent episode our medium hair Fella had with hairballs was quickly assessed and the solution we were directed to had him back to normal within a couple of days...Dr. Tim started us with the simple solution first before more involved (and costly) treatment. Despite the current COVID situation we face in our day to day lives Tanglefoots drop off procedure makes it easy to maintain the health of our pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They went over and beyond all my expectations, it was a Saturday and I brought in my adopted feral cat in, he had an abscess on his cheek. I only expected a quick look and to book him in for surgery. It was a very unpleasant trip for him and they said they would give all vaccinations, neuter him and treat the abscess that day. I was so happy they would do all of that and now I have a happy cat, that is so loving. Thank you for all you did.
