★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxis are usually dirty and unkempt. Only take cash. Even after clear instructions to how to get to my pickup location, I ended up waiting 40 minutes for two taxis. After 30 minutes I called them and they told me I missed it even though I was waiting outside the whole time. They sent another one. 10 minutes later I called to cancel and they told me that again, I missed my taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally have had really nice drivers. The lady on the phone is very rude and unhelpful. Asked for a debit cab was told none were on and had to walk to get cash out before calling back or would get charged more for driver waiting while I got out cash. Driver I had smoked in his car to the point when I had opened the door to get in the smoke burned my eyes... I have asthma and had to have the window down the entire trip so I could breath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In todays world people do not carry cash. Business after business requesting you to pay with a card due to Covid however the majority of these cabs only take cash. Get with the times!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cab company goes the extra mile for me time after time. The majority of the drivers, seeing that I use a cane, open the door for me and make sure I am in my building before going off to take the next fare. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dispatch lady is very rude and abrupt. She's miserable. It feels like she goes out of her way to not book you a taxi at the time you need. She sounds VIAL.
Most of the taxi cars only take cash.

He’s a white old male. Probably about 6ft and looks 60. Or whatever either you fire that guy or I will do it myself.. cause this is unacceptable that you guys hired some old creep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel terrible for a poor review, ad the drivers are all very kind!
However the dispatch lady is an absolute nightmare.
She is very abrupt, rude and will hang up on you. She has zero patience, no customer service and just miserable to talk to.
Once again, I feel sorry for the drivers are they are really kind once the pick you up! (If they do as the dispatch witch might not actually send them)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taxi drivers are great! They are really nice and professionals. However there is this one dispatch person who are just plainly miserable and very rude to costumers! The first time she told me to call an hour before I can get a taxi and that they don’t do pre-book. So the following morning I tried to call an hour before I need a taxi then she refused, she has gotten very rude and told me to call again! I asked her name and she won’t give it. I bet she is aware how disgusting her behaviour is and she wouldn’t even give her name. I hope the owner of Skeena Taxi will realize how bad she is for the business.
