★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and compassionate to another... Is a rare quality these days however I encountered the true human sprit in this dealership. They were kind, caring and compassionate to an unfortunate automotive problem I experienced.
Without hesitation they offered to help me until I was back on the road. Frustrating was the fact all they would accept in return was a "thank you"...
Trust this dealership as they have INTEGRITY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of covid I was in sort of a tricky sport. I purchased a vehicle in Alberta and had planned to fly out and drive it back. BUT…. They shut the roads down.
After a few phone calls to other dealerships looking for help getting the truck here, with no answers finally Brad Tompson started a dialog, gave me contacts on who to use to transport the truck ! And received and stored the truck. Free of charge !!
It’s hard organized and dealing with this stuff on Haida gwaii and I greatly appreciate the help and kindness of the folks at rainbow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Rainbow Chrysler in Prince Rupert! I am new in town and haven't had good luck with the customer service in many businesses in the area. I wasn't expecting much but needed to get some repair work done on my vehicle so didn't have a choice but to make an appointment. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. They did a great job with diagnosing the issue with my vehicle and then fixing it. The cost was reasonable and comparable to other auto dealerships. I had a pleasant experience with this business and am very happy about it. I am looking forward to a continued relationship with them as I love my Jeep and want to keep it running great!
