★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company, terrible customer service, incredibly bad work! I feel so regret to hire them. Never showed up on time, never completed the work on time. Never came on scheduled time. It was my nightmare to work with this company! They made me sick! So much anger and anxiety over one work! No idea who can give them any stars, only relatives can. Stay away from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID!! Delay after delay. Had to constantly monitor the workers who did not seem to have gotten the design plan. Cutting corners left right and center. Even asked if I had ZIP TIES to affix the trellis (which isn't even the same colour on both sides of the area we were covering). Then a week after completion and full amount owing was paid, the banister started falling apart, pieces falling out, and even cracking. Nothing was installed straight, stairs are uneven (my kids still trip daily) and 80% of decorative pieces that they had GLUED on have already fallen off. My contact, who I never saw again after he designed and quoted me said he would come back ASAP if I wasn't happy with anything (since we had so many issues during the build). I have now called and texted weekly for 2 months. He stalled for the first few weeks but now just ignores my calls and messages. Terrible customer service, poor communication and CHEAP work. He kept repeating it would last 30 years! It started breaking after ONE WEEK!! Can't believe I will have to pay someone else to completely redo the deck next year. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years in a row that no one has gotten back to me and my community, on fencing for my subdivision. Horrible follow up, and literally ignores people. Be grateful that people are coming to you for an opportunity. Ignoring potential customers isn’t the way to do business regardless of how busy you may be. If anything, just reply and say you’re too busy or not interested.
