Needless to say I was searching for 5/16 washers and it seems they are out

Update, tried again today out of convenience and had the pleasure of dealing with mike whom works at rear regarding fasteners, probably good timing but he was able to help me with what I needed, thanks Mike !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there today to buy an air hose and fittings because the one on my job sprung a leak. Now the last thing I need is another air hose or an adjustable and 9/16 wrenches but logistically my job in the east end or my trailer at home didnt work.i bought the topring hose and fittings and the gentleman went out of his way to grab some wrenches and assist me in putting the fittings on and be on my way. Didnt catch his name. Tall, 60's and bald. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to pick up a few bolts and saw a Milwaukee M18 that was on for a really good price. confirmed with the sales guy it was the right price as marked ("told me they were going up January 1st get it now) and went to check out and had who assume was the manager run up and tell me it was marked wrong and wouldn't honour the price that was clearly marked with the kit number on the shelf tag. Definitely worth a complaint with the BBB and the Retail Council over the price

Staff is very friendly and professional, ask them a question about a specific tool or item and they have an answer right away and if not they do not hesitate to look it up for you. The repair counter has very friendly staff as well and informs you of the procedure that will be taken with your broken tool and asks if you wish to have a follow up call with the quote and approximate time that it'll be ready.

I bought a Wera bit holder (see pic) for my impact driver and it's just amazing. I also bought a set of Wera screwdrivers and several Wera impact bits and I'm equally impressed with those. Thank you Shane (previously posted the wrong name, sorry!) for your outstanding service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place you should ever go to to fix a drill I brought the drill in because the chuck wouldn't hold the bit in and they gave it back to me in a hundred little pieces and on the quote they quoted me for a power cord and some oil and some grease and for some in-house items without listing the deyails. the actual parts that needed to be replaced was about $30 and they want $360 now I'm stuck with a bunch of pieces in a bag. Why did they take the entire thing apart every single piece was off the drill when all I needed was the end Chuck fixed. looks to me that they putting me in a situation where I'm stuck and have to agree to their pricing I can probably not get anyone to work on this drill now she says for liability reason they can't put it back together however if I pay 30 minutes of labor they will put it back together what kind of lie is that, never bring your tools for repairs in this place you will regret it. They even cut a wire.
