★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so pleased that Brady’s had the part I need to fix a leak in my hot tub as it’s winter and couldn’t wait for an online delivery. I understand it’s hard to operate a business during a lock down. When I arrived at the store after speaking to a nice man on the phone I was served by a very unpleasant girl, who insisted on showing me how upset she was that I came to purchase a part and had to serve me, she was extremely rude both on the phone and when she came out to meet me. Besides the poor customer service though, I was very happy they has my part in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just thought I would post up this review, based on recent experiences. Brady and his team have that old world feel to them, that you just don't get anymore. They came out to clean our pool last week, and noticed some issues that needed to be dealt with (algae buildup, possible chlorinator challenges, etc.). Then we were having the girls up for a swim today, and the pool wasn't looking so good. We called him up, got Brady on the phone (yes he answers his own phone) and he sent someone over, right then, to get things sorted. No extra charge, no "will get to it sometime," just straight down to business solving the problem, happy to do it, and appreciative of the relationship. If you want to know what it's like to have the people caring for your pool, truly value your business and your relationship with them, this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a problem with my out of warranty pool pump requiring a very expensive motor changeout, as the small part that was broken was not sold separately by the manufacturer. After searching the usual online spots I thought I would try local and I am very glad I did. I sent pictures to Brady along with the model of my pump and he was able to find the part on a warranty return pump, cannibalize it and had it ready for me early the next day. He saved me hundreds of dollars and when asked what I owed him he told me nothing. Class A service form a class A guy, thanks again Brady! Heartily recommended.

Love this store for all our seasonal pool supplies.
COVID precautions in place. Only miss was they gave me the wrong size filter for my pool today. I purchased my pool here a year ago.
?? Update - My bad.... Filter did fit, just had to remove the center piece to make fit!!!
Thank you Brady and staff for getting back so quick and talking me through the proper fix!!

That is the reason that Brady's has been around forever serving customers for years and years.
I had a recurrent pool issue that was rectified by Brady - he was thoughtful of the issues surrounding it, knowledgeable of the science, his service staff were great. We followed his recommendations and our issues are now fixed and in the past.
He could have charged us more, or gouged us for supplies that are difficult to find as some other companies are currently doing. His prices are definitely fair as is he.
As well, as COVID is currently causing a serious time delay in most construction businesses, Brady was able to help us on the spot with a few quick visits to rectify different issues. No delays whatsoever with servicing and installation - amazing.
If you are looking for a honest, fair and reputable company, run, don't walk to Brady's Pool and Spa Care. Support his business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still in discussions with Brady's so this review may change for the better or worse.
I bought a spa with a 4 month delivery schedule. Promised to be delivered hassle free to my backyard. Arrived in 4 months but didn't fit as expected into my yard way and was repeatedly blamed for being stupid even though they never measured once. Sat in my driveway overnight but much to their credit, they hired a crane to have it lifted into place the next day.
Next problem was that the new spa was defective and made an incredibly loud and annoying sound when running and a smell of burning rubber was detected as well. No immediate fix was made and no immediate response was made as to whether the spa was safe to use for my family.
End result: 2 weeks later a brand new spa is shut down and unusable and we get hums and hahs about what could be wrong.
Did I mention that they demanded 100% payment before delivery and hasn't offered to return any of it?
Brady's. When things go well, they accept the praise and good reviews. When things go badly, they fold quickly and ask for your understanding. Take your chances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! I bought a new hot tub and needed complete care kit and instructions on start up. Staff were kind enough also to write down all the instructions as to chemical treatments on an initial start up and weekly maintenance.
